I am in love with this ship, it's one of my 3 OTPs when it comes to OC ships and the reason why is..... kind of heart breaking.

So in the drawing, Shardleap's (the top one) lifeless body is found in camp after the horrific forest fire the clan had just experienced. His best friend, lover, and would be mate, Ashpelt(fire), finds him and starts crying. Breaking down in front of her lover.
And in the drawing she's trying to convince herself he's still there, but. He's not.... right?

Well.... he is.. or was... that's why he is crying as well.
The last bit of life inside of him leaving his body with his love while tears fall down.
