Originally I was going to make Sketchbook 7 just an anime and manga sketchbook. Like that would be all I drew was anime. It started out okay.

Like I got this right. Both were of course with a reference. I was into Seven Deadly Sins at the time.

Then, I made this. I didn't like it then and I don't like it now. I sucked at drawing anime so much. Especially when I did it on my own. I had such a hard time with anime eyes. Now that's what I doodle most of the time.

Both of these was me testing out art supplies. That's what I used a majority of Sketchbook 7 for. Swatching my colors. But I have been trying to get out of the habit of that.

And here's an anime piece that turned out nice. I don't like the eyes as much though. I screwed up on the colors a little.

Also, did I mention this sketchbook is like 2 years old and in 2018 I didn't have a good concept on how to actually sketch and fill up pages. I was still stuck on this one drawing one paper mind frame. 3/4 view were my worst enemy. I am still kind of iffy on them but I don't suffer as much.

Mh whatcha say?

A dragon pose? Again, didn't sketch dragon's much. Heck, in 2018 I dont think I drew dragon's at all.

Dress designs I did for friends. One is Harley Quinn base while the other is like a space theme.

Skull

All of these are practicing 3/4 view. There are like four more pages of these but these are the best looking ones.

I swatched every colored pencil I got in the big prismacolor tin. I couldn't help myself and had to tried them out. After this page, there are several pages that are just scribbling on with colored pencil. I couldn't remember the colors very well and I kept losing which one I used on certain pieces.

Again sketching is not the best. BTW this was about six months after the start of the sketchbook. Also, I never put dates on anything for some reason.

Horrible marker try. This was with cheap ones and I had no idea on how to really use them. Again with the horrible anime faces

I ended up using a lot of red colored pencils and this was for me in the long run.

I will continue in the next part! It gets better I swear it really does!
