Welp, I got really bored so at midnight, on the dot, I decided to draw 2p Russia. I have no idea why but here is the sketch I started out with.

Yes, I use Medibang. Anyhow, after randomly drawing that I took a moment to decided if I wanted to continue and I did. So here is the finished drawing.

After I had cropped it to my liking I decided, like the 1p drawing of him I did, I'd make an edit of it.

Basically added his name and added two fitters with the opacity below 30%-50%.
