I know the wings are super tiny, but before, it looked like a giraffe snake thing. This is Lagoon, a LakeFire dragon.

LakeFire dragon: scales are mainly blue and green, for blending in with the water. They have wings, but they prefer to swim. Their main prey is fish, obviously. They live primarily in large lakes and rivers, and sometimes some live in the ocean. They have a water sac on their stomachs; it both protects their weak stomach from attack, and gives them a large supply of water. When they are angry, they draw water from the sac and spray it at the enemy. If they have no water in their sac, or aren't in the ocean, they risk drying up.
