I'm scared for one of my dogs

He doesn't want to be on the ground
Whenever I put him on the ground, he puts his paws on the wall or puts his paws on my chair (if Im sitting on it)
If I'm not sitting in the chair he jumps into the chair

Right now I'm sitting with him in my lap and he's trying to get onto my desk

He won't eat either
He's only had a small treat today, I don't know if he's actually had any dog food
When we tried to give him and Starla a bone, he wouldn't come into the kitchen to get it; only Starla would

His collar was blinking red, so we took it off cause we thought that was why he was acting this way but he's still acting up

He's never been this way before and I'm scared

He might be getting sick or something but I dont think this is sickness
Is he afraid of something? I don't know, but... I'm worried
