I BROKE MY ONE DAY ONE FLOWER CHAIN HAHA

IN mY dEFeNCE I had school again and was tired :"))

ANYWAYS I HOPE THIS WAS WORTH IT:

I felt like trying smt with many petals this time (mostly because I was running out of simplistic flowers to draw💀) and this chrysanthemum took a considerable amt of time to sketch HAHA

I really love the hues of colours on this one HEHEHEHE

Surprisingly I think I'm getting better at painting leaves limited to my two shades of green HAHA

Time for process pics!

Since I can't really create diff shades of colours with these watercolour pencils as I'd usually do with watercolours, I did this layering thing where I picked out lighter shades from the ref pic and put on the lighter colours on the first layer and blend the darker colours over the top in the second layer

ALSO I thought I would show yall what the colours look like before and after I dab some water on ^^ the right half of the leaf is the side where I alrdy blended it with water and the left side is still left untouched

I used this for the general shape and stalk

And used this for the colours!!
