My head and stomach have been feeling really bad the entire afternoon...it hurts

I think my stomach hurts because I don't really eat as much and as normally timed as I do at home, which is making me kinda skinny (my grandma and J have noticed it, too)
Plus I haven't slept much, which I think messes up digestion and shiz

My head hurts, because...I honestly don't know.

My body feels really crappy
I really feel like I'm sick or something
Help?
