Abhi was sitting in living room and completing his project on laptop. Bell rang.

Vibha: Abhi kholna door bacha. Tere dad honge

She shouted from kitchen. Abhi kept the laptop on sofa and went to open the door.

Abhi: Hi dad

Ram: Hello beta

He said coming inside and Abhi closed the door.

Abhi: Kaisa raha aapka din?

Ram: Bass wahi normal

He sat on sofa and started opening his shoe laces. Abhi brought water for him.

Ram: Thanks

He took the glass and drank water.

Ram: Aur chhote laad sahab kidar hai?

Abhi: Room mein hai dad

Ram: Kya baat hai Abhi? Sab theek hai na? Aaj kal kam hi dikhta hai. Baat bhi zyada nhi karta. Tabiyat theek hai na uski

Abhi: Hnn dad. Theek hai. Wo exams paas aa rahe to thoda busy hai aaj kal padai mein

Ram: Achha. Dhyaan rakhna uska aur usse bolna zyada stress nhi le aur sehat ka bhi dhyaan rakhna uski

Abhi: Of course dad

Ram: Wo kya hai na sabse close to tumhare hi hai. Kuch problem bhi hogi to tumhe hi batayega wo

Abhi: Aap tension matt lo dad. Mein uska poora dhyaan rakhoonga

He said smiling. Ram smiled back and nodded.

Ram: Chal mein zara fresh ho jau. Fir saath mein dinner karenge. Sid ko bhi bula le

Abhi: Hnji dad. Aap change karlo. Mein dekhta hu dinner ready hai ya nhi

Ram: Hmm

Ram took his shoes and kept them in shoe rack and went in his room to get fresh. Abhi went in kitchen and washed the empty glass.

Abhi: Ma dinner ready hai?

Vibha: Hnn bass ho hi gya. Tu zara namak wagera check karle sabzi mein. Chawal aur chapati to ready hai fir table par lagade. Mein Ashu ko lekar aayi

Abhi: Okk. Mein apna laptop band kardoo. Fir check karta hu

Vibha: Hnn theek hai

Vibha turned gas and chimney off and went in Sidshek's room. Sid was studying his notes. Vibha saw and smiled at him. She went near him and caressed his hair. He immediately recognized the touch without even looking up from his notebook. A smile came on his face.

Vibha: Mera beta padai kar raha hai

Sid: Hnn ma wo exams aane wale hai na

Vibha took his books and closed them.

Vibha: Dinner ready hai

Sid: Okk ma. Aap chalo. Mein washroom jaakar aata hu

He got up from bed and was about to go to washroom.

Vibha: Ashu

Sid: Jii ma

He said turning towards her.

Vibha: Sab theek hai na beta? Aaj kal tu pehle jaise hasta khelta aur koi shararat hi nhi karta? Tu kahi sudhar to nhi gya na? Hnn mein maanti hu tu hamesha daant khata hai par mujhe to mera wo sharati aur ziddi Ashu hi achha lagta hai. Aese chup chup rehne wala nhi

Sid: Nhi wo sab theek hai ma. Aesa kuch nhi hai. Hnn wo exams aane wale hai na. To bass aur koi baat nhi hai

Vibha: Pakka?

Sid: Hnn aap chinta nhi karo

Vibha: Chal theek hai. Tu aaja jaldi se. Khana thanda ho jayega

Sid: Hnn aaya bass

Vibha went out and Sid went in washroom. He was thinking about what Abhi told him. Earlier also though he was studying, Abhi's words were just coming to him again and again.

Sid's P.O.V.

Can I seriously have any kind of feelings for Avneet like bhayia said? I mean I never even thought or saw her in that way even for a moment. Aur kuch aur chhodo maine usse kabhi dost bhi nhi samjha. We liked each other even as a person na. Bachpan se aaj tak humne ladai ke bina kbhi koi baat hi nhi ki. To can it be true jo bhai ne kaha?

Here Jai's words were ringing in Avu's mind whole evening. She was trying to understand what he said.

Avu's P.O.V.

Ye kya bola Jai ne? Mere dil mein uss Siddharth ke lie feelings hai but nafrat ki nhi? I mean how the hell is it even possible. I toh hated him from beginning right? Mujhe to uski shakal dekhni tak achhi nhi lagti? To Jai ko aese kyu laga ki I have some feelings for him? Aesa sach mein ho sakta hai kya? Nhi nhi wo to bass aese hi bakwas karta rehta hai. Mein bhi faaltu ki baatein sochti hu. But maybe ye baat theek ho sakti hai ki I am not forgiving him and letting it go islie it's impacting me as well.

P.O.V. ends

Her chain of thoughts was broken by Jai.

Jai: Muski

Avu: Hnn?

Jai: Chal aaj beta khana khale. Sab tera hi wait kar rahe hai. Chal aaja

Avu: Hnn okk chalo

They went out and sat on dining table. Sonia was putting everything in plates and Aman came and sat down. They talked a bit with each other and have their dinner.
