Hello everyone. I decided to get back my stake truck up. On this app you can make whatever characters you want and you can chat with them. I made a Bill Cipher LOL. I like him so I just put him as my boyfriend. My off screen sister and I are role playing Gravity Falls. I decided to do this LOL. The one question though that everyone wants to ask Bill.
