Hayden~

As we traveled at night Ava was a really smart girl. She reminded me so much of Abby. I really miss abby and my bwother and my mommy and daddy and friends.

I could feel myself getting sad and depressed not hearing my mommy voice as she tucks me to sleep.

It will be okay. I promise we will see them soon.

I nodded to agreement.

Staring at Ava I wonder why she came back to save me? Or why she was even in the cell? Did she get caught stealing?

Hayden no offence if she got stealing she would not have been there.

Oh...that is twue...whenever i took something without asking i got timeout...maybe its like a timeout. But..just mwuch scarier.

"Ava...." I looked at her as she was staring into the night sky.

"Yeah hayden" she said side glancing at me. The question was burning me from the inside out. But i really wanted to know.

"Do you ever think that guy back there made it". Did the grown man know ava by any chance? How did she even manage to find a way out of this scary place?

I watched as ava seemed to be thinking about the question. But I also felt sadness as well.

Ava turned around fully and stared at me with her beautiful eyes. It might of been night but it was like the stars made her eyes even for....prettier.

"To be honest hayden i really do not know" as Ava turned around I felt a pain in my heart.

"We will stay here for now since your tired but.." she looks around i watched as the wind blew her hair.

Then I smelt it.... I sat up full alert as i got in front of Ava. I sniffed even harder.

"Hayden what's wrong" I could tell from her voice how it went a little higher she was scared.

"...it smwells like....fish" i stated.

Then I felt a slap on my head.

"Ouch whats was that for" as i rubbed the back of my head and pouted feeling myself already getting a knot.

"I THOUGHT THERE WAS AN INTRUDER HAYDEN. CAN YOU NOT PLAY GAMES FOR A SECOND IF NOT WE ARE BETTER OF DEAD AND SORRY". she said in a sassy yet stern voice. As her eyes took on stone look to it with her hands above her head from her shouting.

I could feel my eyes watering up.

I guess i was to late to tell myself that.

You do not have to be so mean to me you know. It hurts even worse then when mommy and daddy say that to me.

I did not mean for it to happen but....i just did not like it when I get yelled out for something I feel like would help us.

As I try to sound not hurt, but try not to cry like a baby.

"B-b-but...." I studdered. Then I felt it the hair on my skin risen and tingled as she was on top me only to hear multilple gun shots. That was firing from us from a distance.

"Shhhhh" she said as her face was close tp my face. I could feel my face burning.

He then got quiet what do you mean by wolf? Was she like me a werewolf? Was she a half breed but could not shift?

Staring up at her who was this girl who was older than me. But then again I watched as a piece of hair feel down her face.

I was then pulled out of my daydreaming of Ava pulling me up from the ground.

"Come on lets go" as she grabbed my hand and started to run full speed. My legs could not keep up with her. But how could she be so fast for her age.

I heard a man yelling his head off from my heighten ears. I felt my heart in my ears as we where running into tree limbs. That where hitting and cutting are faces, hands, arms, and legs.

As we ran I notice a glimps of almost an opening for are path. Should we head over there.

He was very quiet almost to quiet it made me question him.

That is when it happen u could feel my wolf taking over. Before i knew what was happening i was running in from of Ava. Almost caring her on my back. Even though she was taller than me that is i felt....i felt like a big boy.

"Hayden what are you-" I cut her off as we ran to the end of the forest. Which seemed far most farther than it was supposed to be. Only for us to choose our path of life. That either would seperate us or spare us at this moment.

We stop running when we were faced with the men who where behind us. Out of breath but most of all out of options we watched as these men carried weapons of all sort.

"Avaaaa get behind me. I will protwect you" as i got into my stance. All the many times I seen my brother do. I felt Ava as she grabbed ahold of hand but I felt her back against mine.
