Why is Katsuki one of her enemy's?

Katsuki is still his usual self so when he heard the news, that Isaliena is quirkless, he was pissed. So he tried to train her to get her strong, he beats her down for she wasn't meeting his exceptions and his anger started to boil over. He would tell her that she would never be a hero, even with a quirk. Meanwhile, her other dad, Izuku, doesn't know about this. Katsuki tells his daughter that she'll just be like any other quirkless failure and have big dream's that will never be a reality.
