The Junior Division is a cooperation between Monarch and Pan Pacific Defense Corps. It was created two year after the attack the the first Godzilla in New York in 1998. It was formed by Dr. Ishiro Serizawa who gather young Monarch members and Jaegers cadets in case both are either are in trouble or need backup which enemy organization took over. The same year which Monarch was no longer shutdown by the government due to the existing of alien and mutations, no they no longer do things in secret in 1975, 25 years.

Metphies
An Exif from the planet Exifcalus who serve as the den mother to the Junior Division, he have been like an uncle to Haruo and his closest friend. He and his race joined Monarch when many aliens try to conquer Earth in the 60s and 70s, he come close to Ishiro Serizawa and give prayers to the organization but it seems that no one knows about his secret agenda. He is 50 years old but his appearance is that of a 25 year old human. He is a character from the Godzilla Anime Trilogy via Godzilla: Planet of the Monsters. In the Cinos Aftermath, he become the material of his goddess Gidrah, turn into a Ghidorah, and become the father of a new batch of Ghidorahs and the current Ghidorah.

Mulu-elu Galu-gu
A Bilusaludo from the planet Bilusaludia who sorta act like "dad" to the Junior Division, he make sure all the kids are in shape just in case. He and his race joined Monarch when many aliens try to conquer Earth in the 60s and 70s, he also close to Ishiro Serizawa and give through organization great military combat but they seem have a plan with their nanometal. He is 60 years old but his appearance is that of a 35 year old. He is a character from the Godzilla Anime Trilogy via Godzilla: Planet of the Monsters.

Haruo Sakaki
The hotheaded and arrogenat leader of the of the Junior Division, he was save, rescue, and adopted by Ishiro Serizawa but don't like monsters. He lost his parents when Titanosaurus made a rampage which made him develop no interest in Monarch, he act as the "big brother" of the Junior Division and have interest with the priestess Maina, he have a special telepathic connection with Dagon. He is 24 years old. He is a character from the Godzilla Anime Trilogy via Godzilla: Planet of the Monsters.

Yuko Tani
A friend of Haruo was like a sister due to them hanging out, she once had feeling for him but decided to be friends after they had an awkward kiss. She joined Monarch to be Haruo's friend as her grandfather Daichi Tani was a friend to Daisuke Serizawa, she very concerned about her friend, she's unaware that Taylor have a crush on her. She is 19 years old. She is a character from the Godzilla Anime Trilogy via Godzilla: Planet of the Monsters

Madison Russell
The daughter of Mark and Emma Russell who both are thr creators of the device called Orca, she secretly talk to her father via texting. She lost her brother when the 1st Godzilla appeared in New York in 1998, she joined the team as her mother want her to be with other kids and maybe safer with them due to her secret plan of restoring order, he have a great friendship with Amara and love interest of RoboKnight. She is 16 years old. She is a character from the MonsterVerse via Godzilla: King of the Monsters.

Mei Kamino
A conspiracist graduate student who try to joined Monarch by sneaking in many of their outpost and make videos and take pictures. She often try to gather data and sample of anything Monarch related and escaped from their outposts when she was young, she is happily joined the organization as she sorta of an oddball, she is unaware Yun have a crush on her. She is 17 years old. She is a character from Godzilla Singular Point.

Yun Arikawa
A prodigy tinkerer and robotic designer who deeply enjoy anime robots, play video games, a neat freak and have collection of robots action figures. He was found by Monarch when he was young drawing weapons and Mechs but impress with his mind, he seems to enjoy being alone, he developed feeling for Kamino. He is 19 years old. He is character from Godzilla Singular Point.

Maina
The twin daughter of Ling Chen who live on Infant Island, she and her sister Miana are meant to be the newest priestesses of their own Devine Moth. She is more aggressive, very precautions, and hostile towards outsiders as she don't trust them but develop a bond with Haruo which later became in love with him. She is 20 but but her appearance that of a 15 year old. She is a character from the Godzilla Anime Trilogy via Godzilla: City at the Edge of Battle.

Miana
The twin daughter of Ling Chen who live on Infant Island, she and her sister Maina are meant to be the newest priestesses of their own Devine Moth. She is extremely nice, more friendly, and kind of childish as she's more adventurous and curious as she mostly hang around with bOy and Kamino for fun. She is 20 but but her appearance that of a 15 year old. She is a character from the Godzilla Anime Trilogy via Godzilla: City at the Edge of Battle. In the Cinos Aftermath, she fall in love with the Maximal Tigerfalcon (a.k.a. Tigerhawk II) due to his loving for nature.

Amara Namani
A cadet in the PPDC who lost her family from a Kaiju Attack, she been making her own Jaeger until she found by Jake Pentacost, she's now co-pilot of Bracer Phoenix & Gypsy Avenger. Due to being an orphan, she not good with other people but have great knowledge of Jaegers and it technology, she friends with Madison and serve as a love interest for Whiger. She is 15 years old. She is a character from the Pacific Rim series via Pacific Rim: Uprising.

Taylor Travis
A cadet in the PPDC who is the older brother of Hayley who seek to find their lost parents when their were young, he is co-pilot of Atlas Destroyer. He have more better understanding of Jaegers due to more experience, he also still believe their parent is alive, and have feeling for Yuko Tani. He is 18 years old. He is a character from the Pacific Rim series via Pacific Rim: The Black

Hayley Travis
A cadet in the PPDC who is the younger sister of Taylor who seek to find their lost parents when they were young, she is co-pilot of Atlas Destroyer. She serve as a guardian to bOy as she is way overprotective of him, she sometimes have doubts of her parents being alive but unsure, she also have feeling with Ren Serizawa.
She is 17 years old. She is a character from the Pacific Rim series via Pacific Rim: The Black.

Mei Shanesdottir
A double agent in the PPDC who really work with the Bogan led by her adopted father Shane, she act as a replacement to Hayley or Taylor when piloting Atlas Destroyer. She seems to be cold as Hayley and Kamino try to be her friends but truly see everyone as friends, she served as a love interest for Cinos The Werehog. She is 19 years old. She is a character from the Pacific Rim series via Pacific Rim: The Black. In the Cinos Aftermath, she and Joel are together, have a daughter named Moona who is also Cinos' daughter, and befriended Cinos' other Spinoff love interest Android 21 from the DB universe and Zookeeper from the MHA universe.

Joel Wyrick 
Also a double agent the PPDC who really work with the Bogan led by Shane, he is Mei closest and possibly only friend until they joined the Junior Division but hated lying and betrayed the team. He developed a close friendship with Yun Arikawa due to both like robots and have love Mei but he's aware Cinos have a thing for her so he won't interference but help him. He is 19 years old. He's a character from the Pacific Rim series via Pacific Rim: The Black. In the Cinos Aftermath, he and Mei are eventually together and become the stepfather of Moona.

Boy
A mysterious human-Kaiju hybrid who was created by the Precursors with the ability to turn into a small Kaiju and have a special bond with the Jaeger-Kaiju hybrid Apex. He was found by Taylor and Hayley during their adventure and become part of their family, he was interested by many Titans especially Dagon. He is 13 years old. He is a character from the Pacific Rim series via Pacific Rim: The Black. In the Cinos Aftermath, he fall in love with Jia from Kong: King of the Apes universe and act as a big brother to Moona, he have a hatred with King Ghidorah and have close friendship with Android 16 from the DB universe along with Trunks & Goten.

Asagi Kusanagi
Once was an average girl who was fate was intertwined with the Guardian of Atlantis to find many of their past creations, she is psychically connected to him. She was discovered by Monarch and let them joined to understand more about Gamera and the people of Atlantis, she hope Gamera is truly on the human side. She is 18 years old. She is a character from the Heisei Gamera Trilogy via Gamera: Guardian of the Universe.

Ren Serizawa
The biological son of Ishiro Serizawa and adopted brother of Haruo Sakaki who deeply hated Titans and Monarch as his father focus on mostly his work. He was hired by Walter Simmons to work for Apex Cybernetics to part of a mechanical Titans that is superior to Jaegers but when it gone wrong, he change his way and want a second chance by joining his brother's team and develop an interest with Hayley. He is 18 years old. He is a character from the MonsterVerse via Godzilla vs. Kong.
