"Flying with you was so awesome", Sarah said while stroking the Big Bird feathers, "This is the first time I see the sunset in two years. However, we have to say goodbye now." Lily looked at her friend's face and smiled. She carefully took out a torch and the two little explorers walked through the path. "The witch, he made the path to hide his Diaries, his Secret Diaries so that nobody could find it. Luckily, you found one of them.", explained Lily, "Moreover, don't be worry about the Bird, the cruel witch must have done something so that it can't fly away." They looked around. 

     It started to get cold and darker. "I think there are some coats in my bag.", said Lily, "Can you take it out for us." They opened Lily's bag. "Wow! You bought so many thing.", praised Sarah, "Maybe everything. Nah... Everything except... food." Sarah started to get angry with her friend's carelessness. "How are you going to live if I didn't come to this creepy place with you?  What are you going to eat?" Lily didn't feel sad at all, she known that Sarah just worried for her. She answered in a carefree voice: "Simple! I'll hunt." She said while closing one eye and shot a deer, right at it heart. Sarah stared at her for a while, her lips was quivering. "You can do that... You can...", Sarah trembled, "You know more, right? Before we got lost here, you know the story, right?" Sarah became wild and she seem like want to kill Lily. Then, Sarah stopped and became calmer but she was still panting.  "I think I knew everything, we used to know everything. But you remember? I forgot all..." Tears down, both of them. Sitting in silence, no word, looking at each other.

     It started to be really hard for them. It was a long trip. How would Sarah and Lily find out about their past and the Secret of the Island? For each of Sarah and Lily, it was not just to understand more about themselves, not just to explore MY mystery island, it is to understand more about each other, and explore OUR island.

     "Sorry! I'm very sorry!" cried Sarah, "It was... you know... just..." "No! It's my fault," signed Lily "I shouldn't hide all these thing from you. I shouldn't do all these thing on my own" "Kay okay! Let's go. Or maybe camp here. I know how to make a tent." Sarah pointed at the branches and leaves, then Lily noded. "Uhm. I think that we need to find a small stream. We need water." They started to work, and of course, no word, only sign language. People might wonder how two girls, after arguing and shouting at each other, can combine and work together. They made a big tent and used pieces of cloth and hessian for the sheets and blankets. They placed some woods where there are not many trees, set fire, and sat down, grilled the deer, ate together and told stories. They lied down outside. "These stars are so beautiful. Know what?" Sarah laughed, "I like going on adventure like this. I'm going to be a writer, I'm going to travel around the world. And you're gonna be the guide. Ahoy Captain." They laughed for a while, and read about stars in the Diary. There were Orion, Dipper, Gemini, Hercules,... "Hey, that constellation looks weird." "Huh? Let me check. Wow", said Sarah,"It said that the constellation is Phoenix." "Really? Wow!" "Want some marshmallow? I found some in my pocket." Sarah passed a bag and they were eating and just sitting there, looking at the fire for a while."Okay! Let's get inside the tent and sleep. We'll continue tomorrow."

     "Wake up, Sarah. Wake up!" shouted Lily, "We have to go now. We have to find the second diary of the Secrets of the Lost Isle. Akira must have hide something, like a map, in it." "Huh? Alika?" yawned Sarah, "What? Who?" Lily shook Sarah pretty hard, "AKIRA! The author. We MUST find the second diary." sighed Lily, "Or stay here forever. No way to go back or forward." "Fine!" said Sarah, "What for breakfast?" Lily pulled Sarah out of the tent, took the bag hanging on a tree. "Grill fish?" asked Lily, "You'll learn how to catch some." Sarah was going to say that she know how, but Lily stopped her. "Ugh uh," Lily shook her head, "Not by the fishing rod. We'll catch by using hands. Or make it easy, stick!" Sarah picked up a stick, and went to the spring. "Lily," with a smile, Sarah said, "You should stop the idea that I don't know anything. See!" Sarah caught two fish at a time. She was jubilant, and started to be interested in catching fish.  To be quick, Lily collected sticks, made some fire. They all grilled the fish and ate.

     The adventure kept going on. They found a waterfall. It was foggy there. They pour some water into their bottles. Sarah saw some sparkling things behind the curtain of water. "Lily! Lily!" whisper Sarah, "I think there's not just a cave. It's might be some secret lab. We should find a way to get inside..." They walked to the big rocks and searched for a secret door. But can't see a thing. "Urrrhh! This make me feel so tired how could we get in" She leant on a big rock. And it moved! The rock spinned around and show a water drop shaped slot. "What?" screamed happily Sarah, "You still keep the necklace, right?" "The two halves of a water drop! Yes! I bring my half everywhere." "And my half go with your half to anywhere." They smiled and insert their pendants. The water flow stopped amazingly and left a path straight through a room inside. Lily grabbed a stick, wrapped an end with cloth and some gunpowder then lit it. They walked inside. Their some unlit candles on the wall. Sarah lit them as the girls walk by. The paintings on the wall is really weird. Water and fire? What do they mean? At the end of the way, there a portrait of a men dress in a kind of royal gown. He held a round thing. It was blue and green. Looks strange. In the book, "the blue and green round thing" is called the Earth. Sarah's eyes opened wide. She kneeled down, and started crying. "What the hell is going on with me?"
