Connor's POV
I watched warily as Raysa and Bianca lashed at each other. Raysa towering over Bianca's small frame. I didn't understand why they were calling each other names like Blair and Fenris. Who was Blair and who was Fenris. The fight quickly escalated and Raysa reached her climax, Hayley being not as stupid as she looks decided to retreat. I honestly respect that a good leader always knows when to retreat... Wait did I just agree with something Hayley did.... uh why on earth did I do that. After Hayley disappeared Raysa ran to Bianca shifted back into human form and scooped up her frail body. All around me people were screaming like crazy and chaos spiraled everywhere. I just hoped one of them had the common sense to call a paramedic because Bianca needed one. I allowed Raysa some personal time with her best friend before going next to her. Raysa looked solemnly at me.
"Under no circumstances are you to even consider going with Hayley." She said in a commanding tone.
I gulped at the sound of her voice it wasn't quite hers it was deeper and now that I looked closely her eyes were still black but I decided to ignore that and focus un Bianca instead. Even in a state of dying she was still beautiful. She looked like an angel fallen in battle. Her long ,brown hair framed her face in a perfect mess. Her delicate fingers shivered against her stomach and her face looked at peace. I began to cry. I honestly don't know why. Sure I knew Bianca but I'd only known her for like a week. She knew next to nothing about me and I her but still I felt bounded to her so the tears fell and I zoned out. Somewhere in the midst of my despair the paramedics arrived and so did the police and my mother yelled my name.
"Connor!" She yelled.
I turned to face her.
"Why on earth are you crying?"
I shrugged I didn't want to tell her anything.
She frowned.
"Ok son but uh the police need to talk to everyone here becuase apparently there's a mix up in what happened... I mean I know I saw that Raysa girl pull a gun at Hayley and shot that Bianca girl by accident but Leslie says she say that Bianca girl stab Hayley and Raysa went to save her... I don't know what the hell is going on..."
I was now utterly confused but nodded.
"They can't see our true forms." Raysa whispered to me.
"They just see whatever they want to." She said that line with a bit of resentment. I'm assuming she was upset with my mother for accusing her of being a murderer and referring to her as that girl Raysa.  I was upset with that myself.
"Oh well um ok."
I said facing the floor my social anxiety beginning to show itself.
"Is Bianca going to be ok?" I sincerely inquired.
She grimaced
"Honestly I'm not sure... they're taking her to the hospital even though tonight I'll have to organize a team to break her out because you humans can't handle werewolf ailments."
I awkwardly nodded.
"Also Connor give me your number... I think it's time I introduce you to the wolf pack."
"Uhuh" I muttered shaking my head to the floor using my hair to cover my face.
She gave me her phone and I put in my number. After that she went into the ambulance with Bianca. She promised to keep me updated. Now that, that was semi under control I had time to dwell on what Hayley did. I was just in shock.
"May we speak to you young man." An offer stated.
I shrugged "sure I guess"
"Exactly what did you see here today?" He interrogated.
I needed to make something up.
"Uh well I saw Bianca trip on the stage and hit her head resulting in a concussion... Hayley got thrown off by the sudden events and fell back into Raysa.... and Hayley got um upset and slapped Raysa.... and I guess they fought."
The officer let out an exasperated sigh.
"I give up!" He frantically yelled "all you people telling me a different story is it make up a crime scene story day today!"
He turned and left just as my phone rang it was Hayley...
Ok so how was that?? I'm excited to continue writing. Sorry for not updating in the past but school was overwhelming but I have a break now so updates :)
