Quirk: Permafrost

Quirk description: Miyuki can create layers of ice from thin air, basically has the elemental power of ice. She can also create an ice ridge in order to freeze or block her opponent, form any shape of ice of/from anything she touches and also drastically lower the temperature of said object/subject, like Shouto's ice quirk.

Drawback: If Miyuki uses her quirk to much her body gets numb or freezes which results in getting hypothermia. The frost that covers her body slows her down physically, and weakens the strength and speed of her ice attacks. If she uses her quirk to many times she will get frostbite. Her hero costume has a heater device attached to her body, so it can keep her warm, after using her quirk to much.

Backstory: After Miyuki and Shouto's mother was sent to a hospital, Shouto started to hate his father but Miyuki was too scared of him to hate him. Enji started to get annoyed when Shouto wouldn't listen to him and took it out on Miyuki. One day when they were 7 Enji got so annoyed he grabbed something sharp, grabbed Miyuki and threatened Shouto that he would hurt Miyuki if he doesn't do what he said. Shouto agreed to listen to his father but he immediately disagreed when Enji cut Miyuki resulting in the scar on her cheek. When Miyuki was 8 she got grabbed by a villain, she pleaded for her father to help but he just stood there and watched her get taken away. Miyuki noticed that Shouto had trying to get to her but Enji didn't let him, he kept calling her name as she disappeared. That made her not start to hate Shouto. After that day Miyuki started to hate her father and she wasn't afraid to show it now, that rage was all the villains needed to manipulate her into joining the League of Villains.

• All Might was the person who was able to get Miyuki to become a hero after she was interrogated by Endeavor. Miyuki didn't say anything to Endeavor unless it was shouting at him which she did a lot, The hero's could tell how much she hated him

Other:

• After she became a hero she is always paranoid that the villains will come after her again

• She lives in a little flat extremely close to U.A. (Until they moved into the dorms) that U.A. pays for since they knew Endeavor abandoned Miyuki. They keep the outside of her flat under surveillance with extremely small cameras for her safety.

• Miyuki works at a part time job at a supermarket so she can have money to buy what she needs to survive and to give U.A. the money she owes them for giving her a place to stay.

• Miyuki got the scar on her cheek from her father before she was kidnapped by the League of Villains

• Still cared about Shouto even when she was a villain but if she saw him when he was on his own she couldn't go up to him and face him because she was a villain

• Miyuki met Shouto again when he easily defeated the villains by freezing them all in the landslide zone. She came out of hiding when he finished interrogating a villain but he didn't recognised her until he saw the scar.

• Miyuki didn't take part in the sports festival, she couldn't be trusted back then so she just watched with everyone else which she understood and didn't blame them for acting how they did

Relationships:

Rei Todoroki: Miyuki wasn't as close to her mother as Shouto, yes she loves her mother but Miyuki always thought she was a burden to her mother who always got hurt and was comforting Shouto who needed it the most so she just tried to cope by herself. When their mother was sent to a hospital Miyuki was sad but she wasn't that close with her mother so it didn't affect her as much as Shouto. When Miyuki visited her mother in the hospital with Shouto when they were in U.A (This was a few times after Shouto had visited her) she just stood there awkwardly. She couldn't look in her mothers eyes because Miyuki was ashamed because she was a villain a while ago, Miyuki was then hugged by her mother and she told her that the past was in the past (Shouto had told his mother about what happened to Miyuki) which made Miyuki hug her back and she cried for the first time since she was a baby.

Enji Todoroki (Endeavor): Miyuki has always hated Endeavor after everything he had done to her family. When she was younger she was terrified of him but that changed when he let her get kidnapped by the League of Villains and when he gave her the scar on her cheek. When she was saved by U.A during USJ she was interrogated by her father who didn't seem happy to see her, Miyuki wasn't happy to see him in the slightest and kept shouting at him when he was interrogating her. Thanks to All Might she joined U.A and Endeavor wasn't happy about that in the slightest because she could contaminate Shouto and he wasn't afraid to tell her this in front of said male. After that Miyuki kept away from Endeavor until his fight with High-End, after that she noticed he was trying to change and she acknowledged him as a hero but never a father. She wasn't happy that he got in contact with her and apologised about everything he had done to her since she thought it was a waste of time of him doing that. Slowly but surely Miyuki started tolerating Endeavor but she still isn't a fan of him.

Shouto Todoroki: Miyuki loves her twin a lot, he always protected her when they were younger, he still saw Miyuki since they shared a room. When she was kidnapped he tried to save her but Endeavor didn't let him, while he grew up he never gave up looking for Miyuki. When he found her in USJ he was heartbroken and extremely happy because she was a villain but he knew that she was forced to be one thanks to their father and she was still alive. When she joined U.A he talked to her and they caught up after all these years. They became even closer and trusts each other completely. Miyuki paid him back by protection him and Emiko (my other Oc) when they were about to get hit by a rampaging villain.

Fuyumi Todoroki: Miyuki wasn't that close to Fuyumi but she cared about her, Fuyumi was heartbroken when she found out from Shouto about what happened to Miyuki. When Miyuki came home after USJ to see her family she dropped the book she was holding, rushed to Miyuki and hugged her tightly. Miyuki now keeps in contact with Fuyumi.

Natsuo Todoroki: Miyuki wasn't that close to Natsuo but she cared about him, Natsuo was furious when he found out about what happened to Miyuki. When Miyuki came home after USJ to see her family he wasn't home but rushed back after getting called by Fuyumi. Miyuki now keeps in contact with Natsuo as well.
