Background: Himari, as a young child lived in a rather ordinary home with her single mother. She never knew her father and from what her mom said, he left when he found out she was pregnant. What the mother didn't know was that the man was a two timer, he already had a wife and child. Despite the lack of a father Himari's mother raised her well. She had a strong and respectable personality which a lot of men seemed to take interest in. Her mother eventually settled on one man, who ended up being rather loaded, due to owning a few very successful companies.

The man had become Himari's father, a very traditional businessman who knew many people, one of them being Seijuro Akashi's father. When Seijuro's father had learned of his friend having a daughter, the two had struck up a conversation on trying to set their two children up and get together, hoping they would get engaged and marry. Himari went along with her fathers wish, she was too frightened to disappoint him. Akashi had gone with it as well, due to it being his fathers wishes but he held resentment and anger inside, not wanting to have to be with anyone he didn't know, but he knew this day was going to come.

The two met and went about as formal partners, neither of them really showing any true interest in each other. Though as time passed, Himari and Seijuro started to fall in love with each other. Seijuro liking how kind and honest Himari was towards him, even if it was quite obvious of the dislike he had for her before.

In her first year of Teikō, Himari was known for her beauty and elegance, she was trusted and admired almost immediately, people felt comfortable around her. Boys liked her even if they knew she was the fiancée of Seijūrō Akashi. In her second year, she like everyone saw how Aomine had started to change, she thought it was an incredible thing. She knew that these boys were all going to be big in the future, she didn't see the bad that was going to happen soon. She thought that what was happening was a positive thing.

In her third year, her mindset changed slightly when her fiancée changed completely. She knew about his second personality, but it still put her on edge. She had tried to speak to him like usual, instead she felt like she was under him, but noticed he treated her more on his level than most people. She wasn't treated like she was his underling but that she was his and only his. It didn't bother her, instead of answering him back, most of the time, she sat on the sideline and supported him from the shadows. She was the only one he would treat with respect and as someone important.

Relationships:

Seijūrō Akashi: Seijūrō and Himari didn't get along well at the start, it was very awkward between the two. The most they were forced to spend time together, the closer they got. By their first year of Teikō they liked each other more than just forced marriage partners. He would give her a rose when he saw her outside of school, since at school they acted a little more casual, but that all changed in their third year. After he changed Akashi would act more rough with her but she could tell he was still the same boy deep down, well she wanted to believe that. The time he wrapped his arm around Akemi she wasn't happy, she had spoken to him about it and he didn't seem to care. He had said that he was just showing that his orders were still absolute even when they weren't on the same team. He was showing a point that the generation of miracles and everyone who he found interesting was his in a power way. He told Himari that she was his, in a possessive way, and only his. He didn't see anyone else better than her so her being displeased with his actions, was foolish. He would show her affection but it was always possessive and pretty rough. When he went back to his old self he had apologised to her, his affection became a lot softer and gentler even if it was still possessive. They both started to act like how they used to be, it seems more relaxed than before, they could be themselves around each other. Akashi was the one that found out that Chihiro was related to Himari when he looked into the male.

Chihiro Mayuzumi: Himari never met her father, her mother never spoke about him, so when she found out that Chihiro was her half brother, she was shocked. She hardly knew anything about him but tried to make an effort to speak to him, it was pretty hard at first but after speaking they seemed to get pretty close to each other. The boy was surprised to find out about her, he definitely wasn't please his sister was engaged at such a young age. Even so they hardly knew each other so it was hard to say anything for a while. When he felt like he could speak to her he complained saying why was she going to marry someone like Akashi, he had gotten a fond smile and said that there was a side to Akashi that she hoped was still there. When Oreshi returned Chihiro had immediately noticed the change in the way Himari was treated. Even if he still wasn't a fan of the engagement, if Himari was happy then he would deal with it. Before the boy graduated both used to spend time together on the rooftop. Himari would read with him, rest from the responsibilities she had and talk, up there with Chihiro next to her.

Tetsuya Kuroko: Himari and Kuroko spoke but she wasn't that close that she knew a lot about him. They mostly spoke when it was about the basketball club, it was rare when it wasn't about the club. He used to spook her when he appeared out of nowhere like he does and she never got used to it. After graduating from Teikō they hardly ever spoke, they spoke more after the match against Rakuzan but it was still slightly awkward.

Satsuki Momoi: Himari used to help Momoi with organising the information that she had gathered. Like with Kuroko she only really spoke to her during club. Himari actually felt slightly awkward around the girl at first, since she wasn't used to speak casually around people. This changed by her third year but she was too busy to fully talk to her, both then started to talk more in high school becoming close friends.

Generation of Miracles: Himari only spoke to the boys, excluding Akashi, when they were at club. She wasn't as close as she could of been with them, but she respects them and knew that they were strong. She found it harder to talk to them casually because she wasn't used to it. When she finally got used to it, they had mostly changed so it was hard to speak to them. She found it more easier to talk to them after the Rakuzan match, but since they weren't in the same prefecture, it wasn't constant.

Rakuzan second years: Himari respects all of the second years in Rakuzan. She tried her best to support them all, she gives them encouragement when she believes that they need it. She dislikes how Nebuya acts, him burping the most, she hasn't said anything but it's pretty obvious that is annoys her, to Akashi that is. Reo and Kotarō she feels comfortable speaking her mind to them and appreciates their advice, well mostly Reo, and corporation. She also sometimes helps Kotarō with his academics.

• Because the school she attends is in Kyoto and her family lives in Tokyo, Akashi's father had said Himari could stay with Akashi in their Kyoto house. She had respectfully accepted and thanked the man, she was glad for this so she could help Seijūrō. Since she knew how stressful his life was at home she hoped that she could be some kind of comfort to the male.

• When Chihiro and Himari got closer she would sometimes sit with him on the rooftop. He seemed to always notice when she was worn out, he would force her to rest.
