Backstory: Ize was created when some scientists got a strain of the Frieza race DNA and tried to recreate a Frieza without the mutation. After a couple of trials, the scientists understood that the mutation was needed to create a Frieza. Instead of removing the mutation, they injected the DNA with a rivaling mutation to nullify it's evil infection, creating a pure Frieza. The people didn't seem to like Ize since most of ha race were evil, so he promises to clean the Clan name by eliminating all of the evil in the Frieza Clan.
