Quirk Explanation: He has ultralight vision. He can only see body heat and is able to see white lights or "whisker" attached to people's bodies. Each white light has it individual thinness or thickness so he can use his whiskers to seek out criminals. They are also sensitive if someone gets to close to Xavier he can use it to fight off opponents. Unfortunately with his quirk he can only see his whiskers and body heat, so UA he's virtually blind and is guided around a dog named Kitty.
