He has the ability to cancel out all other Semblances, it's always active, so that's why most assassination attempts on him "close and personal" turn out bad for the assassins, as their Semblances don't work. At night he uses this to his benefit the most.

Brief History: When Klein was still a kid his parents were taking him to a movie theatre to see his favourite superhero movie "Grimm Slayer", someone jumped them and shot both his father and mother... they left him to cry alone in the street, he grew up taking care of himself mostly, his fathers company Board deciding to control the Maximilian Company until Klein become of age, though this made Klein grow up through many hardships, under different people he had no relation to who was only wanting to use him for his fortune. As soon as he was 17, he made his "Parents" have an unfortunate accident on the way home. He had cut their brakes.... so when they were flying down the road and a semi pulled in front of them they... well. Splattered everywhere, the board wanted Klein to take a break but he insisted on running the company immediately to not disappoint them. After a year he had a crazy idea to become something that could devour people like the one who killed his real parents all those years ago, and the name "Arcane" stuck in his head. And thus his new persona. With his fortune and superior intellect he created a suit from his own hands, a suit that would inspire fear into humans and Faunus alike, even Grimm perhaps! He had the next idea to create something that would seem physically impossible, in his own mansion he built a secret base underneath in his basement. It looked ordinary until you'd speak the words "Arcane Justice" which would transform the basement into a cyberworld of wonders, all by his hands and massive fortune. Nobody asked questions to what Klein was doing with all the money, but one thing was certain. It was BIG. He had the idea to create something that could generate any item or any weapon and thus he did... a Satchel with a big twist. He had converted Dust with more dust, to create "Space Dust" as he calls it. He stored Knives, grenades, and about any weapon he had bought into it, and pulled them out like nothing, it was strange yet a breakthrough in history, a dust that casts a space-like ooze that has infinite storage capacity. And with this, he next created knives that could cut through aura, how so was using Arcane Magic which was lost during the uprising of Humanity in the very first war. He crafted his mask and carved the Arcane magic known as "Slicer" which makes his whole body and anything he hold be able to cut through anything Physical AND Non-physical. Cutting air itself! He made another breakthrough, a weapon that could cut through Aura. Around his entire body exists a space that exists physical and non physical. And this was the start of something new. Creating all of this, he was now 23 years old. And it was his time to shine at night. His company being a  weapon manufacturer and architecture functioning company, he has a lot of work to do. Both morning at night. To operate as the representative of the biggest Weapon manufacturers and at night to become the Most Wanted Vigilante in all of remnant and kill all villains who oppose the peace of remnant.
