Graceful Puppeteer

His motions become swift and he can Foresee every attack, dodge, attack, parry, block, all in a swift motion of fast paced motions. Like a puppet with strings he can also control how people move by using his Puppeteer, to make them harm themselves or knock themselves out. An ability that can be used as a perfect defensive and offensive measure.

Brief History: Ness was found by the Schnee's when they were out to a ball, he was alone. And was just watching, Winter who was only 1 year older than him decided to talk with this boy, Ness was 9 years old as Winter was 10. they got along greatly. When asked where his family was, he just responded with "They are gone, so I inherited the money." The family of Ness was the Arnett Family, the company of Abstergo which went downhill after a lab explosion which killed his parents and a few workers. The Company was immediately Shut down, Winter asked to take in Ness, as a Guest and to which he didn't exactly stay as a guest... but family. He was good with Money, he also had great grades. He went on to grow up and go to Beacon with Winter, being a year younger do to his exceptional Semblance and fighting capabilities, though even if he is given this praise; he hated himself for being so weak and bad if he ever fails, not being of real birth in the Schnee family either, he was bullied for being a false Schnee. Winter stood up for him a lot, despite knowing his strength; he only fights those who mean to cause harm to his family or others. Willing to take all punishment. After graduating, CHAP disbanded and Ness went on to join Winter in her journey, as her Right hand man, and Partner in the military.
