Created from himself, he injected himself with so much Fear toxins that he now is able to create fear simply by looking at the people in mind. It can produce visions just like Emerald's ability but this ability could actually harm the psyche of the victim enough to kill them, this makes them feel as if they are fighting a real person or creature or even a thing to which the illusion can even harm them, and the victim will believe they are being harmed but in reality... are not.

Brief History: Zancrow Fear, a professor of psychology, who turns to crime after he is fired from the schnee company; an expert in the psychology of fear, he had fired a gun in a lab full of workers to illustrate a point. Ostracized by his fellow professors for his appearance and reclusiveness, he turned to crime to make himself part of the social elite. His modus operandi is to use his Scarecrow persona and threaten his victims into doing whatever he wants. In terms of his costume, he merely wore a ragged black Suit, tie, Half gas mask, and wielded a Strange weapon.

Trivia: As a child he loved to scare birds.
