Quirk: Chrono Alteration (Able to manipulate time around him at the cost of his stamina dropping twice as face as normal, only able to slow the flow of time around him in a certain area to make others slower and himself faster and freeze time for certain people or objects as long as he has the stamina)

Likes: Reading manga, heroes (especially All Might), scientist research on time and theories for things like time travel

Dislikes: Bullies, seeing people he knows sad, being a bother or pain

Backstory: Ever since he was little he has loved the concept of time and because of it asked his dad for his research and others research on time since his father was a scientist that researched it while his mother was a nurse teaching him how to treat wounds when he gained his quirk at the age of 4. With his father having a quirk to affect particles around them and his mother having a quirk to affect the way an object moves his quirk was a combination of the two allowing him to change time flow around him. When he first saw All Might he admired how he saved people with a smile being the symbol of peace, because of this he wanted to become a hero like him when he grows up. People were kind to him and he would often protect kids from bullies with his quirk to help avoid conflict, however he deep down has guilt in his heart for what happened to his younger sister at one point of his life partly blaming himself for her death at the hands of a villain he did his best to stay happy in front of others so they don't have to worry about him. Going to the same school as Midoriya Izuku and Bakugou Katsuki he aimed and was able to go to U.A working towards becoming a hero with the alias Golden Chronicle.

Costume: His hero costume consist of a special fabric comprised body suit that allows for great mobility and breathing room, arm gauntlets that are designed to help increase his quirks power allowing for longer distance in the area affect of his time alteration, a gear on his back that when spinning can be used to propel him forward, repel attacks from the back, a sort of viking like helmet with wing like pieces instead of horns and leg armour with a light metal chest plate, in terms of colour the suit is a light blue and the metal and armour is a bright gold.
