Quirk: Blood Axis (Once he draws blood he can make use of it as a weapon ranging from whips and bullets and once his blood makes contact with the enemies blood he learns all about their fears and weaknesses, the drawback normally is that he losses part of his sanity but due to his past this drawback was thus far eliminated the other draw back being if he uses too much of his blood he can die from blood loss)

Backstory: When he was young he was someone who had been bullied by others and often in a way that caused him to draw blood be left with permanent scars on his wrist and back. One day his family who were villains were killed by heroes and at that moment he unlocked his quirk killing the hero responsible in cold blood, enjoying the sight of the dead hero and the screams of pain and despair the hero cried he decided to make his goal from age 10 to 15 to become a powerful villain.
Villain Costume: He wears a blood red visor, almost dragon scale like armour the scales being a blood red, leg armour that is jet black, Tonfa on his wrist guards that are a mixture of red and black that have storage compartments with his blood which he can open to control and attack with.
