Personality
Rui is very calm and composed. She respects to everyone she sees, friends and foes. But there are times when she gets angry. When she does, Rui becomes very aggressive to the person. Rui seems to sometimes have mental breakdown and just becomes emotionless and unable to work.
As a doctor, Rui cares for everyone and is always on the lookout for deaths and murders.

Backstory
Rui had a tragic past. Before she met and knows Specter 4, she was from another clan called the Black Clan. The Black Clan was always in the shadows, never noticed. So they had their revenge by setting a war (Rui was only 8 at the time) against other clans. Rui's parents died at a very young age for some unknown reasons and were taken care of by the Black King. Rui then met a member of the Red Clan in the war. He was injured badly so Rui decided to secretly take him to her hideout. After healing the man, the man started calling her 'angel'. Rui asks why he call her angel when he was from another clan. The man replies that he sees Rui as a very caring person to everyone and only want to protect them and that if he wasn't healed by her, he would never see his friends and family. This cause Rui to cry of appreciation and sadness. Of course, after the war was over, Rui started to live with the man in secret. Of course, the man was fine but now he can't remember a lot of people names and had a mental illness. After a few years, Rui got caught and the Black King killed the man. Rui suddenly broke into tears, feeling guilty. So she left the Black Clan.

Relationships
Reisi Muskata
Reisi is Rui's boyfriend (and which Rui would be called his Blue Queen). Reisi would treat Rui like a queen and does anything she likes. When Reisi killed Mikoto, Rui started fighting Reisi about killing Mikoto (she told him her past). That's when Rui ran away just to be alone. (During the Missing Kings Movie) When she came back, they made it up and was back together.
Fushimi Saruhiko
Fushimi is a friend of Rui's. Nothing special about their friendship.
Mikoto Suoh
Even though Rui doesn't know Mikoto, she becomes shocked when she saw Reisi killed Mikoto, reminding her about the ident of the man getting killed, the reason why she ran away and was gone for about a year after that event.
Seri Awashima
Seri is a friend of Rui's and the most trusted friend.
Anna Kushina
Anna and Rui both have something in common, they both like to be by their kings' side (idk but it sounds like it). Though they never really get to know each other, Anna was also the one saw Rui ran away.

Powers and Skill
Heal
Rui was born to heal people from major injuries, which how it works is when that person has many injuries. Though Rui can't heal disease like the blinds and deaf.
Black Aura
Since Rui was from the Black Clan, she possesses the Black Aura. But after she left the Black Clan, she doesn't use it anymore.
Blue Aura
As member of the Blue Clan, she possesses the blue aura. Similar to how everyone else do it, she would make a defensive shield.
Blue Eyes
To Black Clan, Blue eyes have the power to see through the dark or fog. Since Rui has blue eyes, she has the ability to see through the dark and fog (like night vision).

- Rui (類) means "tears " which explains why she cries a lot from the problems she saw and her sword name

- Hobby is reading

- according to Fushimi, Rui's friendship with the red clan member was probably Mikoto's brother

- Rui's healing ability was inherited her father, the Black Clan's precious doctor
