Personality:
Terrell loves attention but that's expected coming from District One. Terrell seemingly looks innocent enough and pretends to be so. Terrell is a social butterfly and wants to get to know everyone. He wants the crowd and tributes to fall for him. While he doesn't want to purposely betray anyone with his innocence, it's either kill or be killed. And in this case, it's to kill.

Backstory:
Terrell had been training for this moment for so long. His brother volunteered when he was only 10. He watched the games intently and took notes to study afterwards. He was devastated when his brother was killed. Ever since he trained harder to one day win for his brother. While he was going to wait until he was 16 like his brother, his best friend had gotten chosen. Terrell knew that his friend need more time so he volunteered for him. Terrell knew that this was his time to shine.

Reaction to Hunger Games:
Terrell is ready for this and a bit excited. While he preferred not to have joined until he was a bit older, he couldn't allow his friend to go. At least not yet anyway.
