Backstory: Takuya Komori was an internship employee at Alchemax Corp, the successor of Oscorp. Despite his accomplishments in Alchemax's mechatronics department, his office's toxic environment pushed him on the verge of quitting. Until one day, he was appointed by his superior to participate in Project Garia, which they claim to appreciate his efforts as an intern. Little did he know that he was turned into a lab rat for Alchemax's illegal superhuman experiment.Takuya realized it way too late. He was threatened to let a radioactive Spider bite him, lest he did not value his own life. Takuya gave in and let himself be bitten, giving up his own pathetic life. However, he received a vision from the bite, one that will change his life forever. He witnessed a vision of his loved ones dead because he kept running away. Suddenly, a figure wearing red and blue armor spoke to him and encouraged him to take a stand. A looming threat was about to befall his world, and he was not about to let it stand. The voice said that he was given with a great power to fulfill his greater responsibility. He finally resolved not to run away anymore and face his life head on. The Spider melted into a liquid that entered Takuya's bite mark. Power coursing through his veins as he awakened to become his brand new self, more powerful and blessed with Spider-like abilities. He can crawl into walls and shoot webs from his wrist. Using his newfound abilities, Takuya broke free from his captors and proceeded to escape. On his way out, he found an experimental battle suit equipped with the DISK technology, which enhances the user's abilities and can be carried in a trinket. He remembered that this was his own pet project that was supposed to be rejected long time ago, weaponized by Alchemax without his knowledge.He also found an intel that links Alchemax to the Iron Cross Army, an evil underground organization that had taken a deep root in the human society. Takuya claimed the DISK and his Spider powers infused the technology with his own Spider Essence. Takuya slammed the DISK with his fist, and the suit formed into his own body. He became Shin Spider-Man, and proceeded to steal Alchemax's intel along with his own stolen tech and ransack the lab he was being held in. He made sure that everyone involved in the experiment went down along with the lab.After swiftly escaping the lab complex, Takuya vowed to uncover Alchemax's secrets and expose their crimes to the world as Shin Spider-Man.Takuya can quickly equip his suit by slamming the DISK with the D-Smash command and took it off with D-Secure, which as the name suggests, secures his own identity. He was able to work anonymously in Alchemax due to the lab being destroyed and all of its intel were lost before it could reach Alchemax.As Alchemax created more experiments and adversaries against the web warrior, Shin Spider-Man would need to gain allies and create more new equipments to fight Alchemax and uncover their secrets before they could expose Takuya's secret first.
