Biography
This version of Cinos history is similar to his main counterpart but Zs'Skayr and his crew have successfully made him joined them by kidnapping and threatening his girlfriend Laura, his past girlfrien Mei, Zookeeper, & 21, and his three daughters Moona, Anima, & Kandra. He decided to save them by doing what he been told which led him saying sorry and goodbye to his love ones especially his newborn child, he was train to control his dark powers and use it. After 5 years of being with Zs'skayr as his protégé and heir, Cinos strike back as he overthrow his former mentor and not just kill him but also Lord Transyl. This led to Viktor become his loyal subject meanwhile The Mummy and The Werewolf escape as they were replaced by Kuphulu and Crujo. Now become the ruler of the Anur System, he promised to protect the four species from the outside world and many outside threats. Cinos decide to the Dragon Balls Universe with his three followers to find the orbs as he wish to bring back Evil 21 to be his queen due to the citizens of the Anur System fear of humans (as their monsters to them) and give her a new chance in life as she is allowed to eat those who followed Zs'Skayr. High Ecto-Lord Cinos and Mistress 21 married and have a daughter named Princess Darkia as he hope one day that his people and the outside world be reunited but soon realized that if they attack them, they will fight in defense. Now seeing how the outsider are dangerous, they now formed an army to fight back and wage war against those "monsters" not to mess with them.

● This version of Cinos is similar to the Dark Gaia King Cinos as they both rulers, wish back Evil Android 21 to be their mate, have a offspring who is an heir, and have full power of the Dark Gaia Force.
     ○ But while DGK Cinos is ruthless and heartless, HEL Cinos is not that violence or dark as he still won't kill along with Laura being alive.

● High Ecto-Lord Cinos and Dark Gaia Cinos are completely opposite similar and based on Caesar and Koba from the reboot  Planet of the Apes films.

● High Ecto-Lord Cinos wear a special outfit attire which represents the reunite of the Anur System.
     ○ Himself represent Loboans due to his DNA
     ○ The robe itself represent Ectonurited
     ○ The bolts represent Transylians
     ○ The wraps represent Thep Khufans
     ○ There are no Vladat represent due to them being extinct and being majorly bad in history.

● High Ecto-Lord Cinos' outfit is actually from Zs'Skayr destroyed body as he modified and sew it.
      ○ He not just took that but he also took his scythe and castle.

● High Ecto-Lord Cinos is more merciful and will give chances but if anyone threatening him or his people, he won't do is as he let Evil 21 too eat them as he consider it more quickly and painless execution.

● Due to High Ecto-Lord Cinos being royalty to the Anur, they deeply respect him but they sorta respect his old friend, his past relationship, Laura, and his children.

● High Ecto-Lord Cinos' loyalists are Viktor, Crujo, and Khufulu, which is a reference of Ben 10 Omniverse Galactic Monsters.

● Due to ruling the Anur System, outsiders need permission by Cinos himself to enter.
