Biography
When Eggman and his allies came to this universe and they fought many of the clones of the Dragon Team and Villain, he meet the famous Dr. Gero who team up with him to take the world for himself and hope to betray the traitorous Android 21. The two started a secret project in hopes to overthrow 21, successfully kill Goku, and try to get Cinos back into his clutches. After many fight with it predecessor, Cinos truly defeat the Android as he established his dominance to the cyborg. When Evil Android 21 was defeated, it try to run away but was taken in by Good Android 21 as her one child.

● Hybrend is a pun of hybrid due to the fact both Cinos and 21 have many DNA of many different species.

● Hybrend's body shape is that of a Vulpimancer but his arms and   claws were larger, head is more dog like, and have bone spikes on his back.

● Hybrend have special Inhibitor Cuffs to control his power similar to Shadow The Hedgehog's Inhibitor Rings.

● Hybrend is inspired by Blanka from Street Fighter and Indominus Rex & Indoraptor from Jurassic World.

● Hybrend is primarily have Cinos' traits as the only traits it got from 21 is her hair.

● Hybrend is designed to have no actual gender.
