You return back home, to where you and your new love one lives.

Before you left the house, he said he had a present for you when you came back.

Now that you are back home, you wonder what kind of present did he get you.

You step inside and at the door step, you see rose petals going into the house.

Your heart begins to race with excitement as to wonder what he set up for you.

You follow the rose petals to the bedroom and you found a very special, one of a kind present that's only meant for you.

In front of you, he was sitting up in bed, tied up with ribbons and was looking at you with teary eyes.

「Fuehueee~」

「Airis!」

「Oh crap!」

My teacher yells at me from across the class room which startled me, making me drop my phone. As if in slow motion, my phone drops to the floor and echoes throughout the classroom. My phone was on mute, but as it hit the floor, the sound button was pressed and played the next segment which was-!

「I didn't buy you a Christmas present since we're on a tight budget this holiday... But, do I count as one?」

My face grew hot and was drenched in sweat. Not only that, but another someone was embarrassed as much as I do. The bell rings and the teacher just sighs in annoyance. 「That will be all for today everyone. Don't forget to turn in your papers by the end of this week.」

「Hai~」 Everyone drones on. The teacher leaves and I finally grab my phone that was laying on the floor. I look up and see another person glaring at me with moist and sadden eyes. This embarrassed expression of him made my heart skip a beat.

He gets up and walks up to me. 「Were you!」

「Yup!」

「Why!」

「Why not?」

「Airis!」

「Hi Kawakari!」

「Ugh! I can't even with you! ...I'm so embarrassed!!」

The embarrassed boy in front of me was my best friend and boyfriend Kawakari Estheim. The mysterious voice actor of a certain otome game that I play.

Last Christmas, there was a Christmas event where all the voice actors went on live television and introduced themselves. All the other three VA's were widely recognized from other otome games and dramas, but as for Kawakari, he's just a normal high school student. That was one of the reasons why he was known as the mysterious voice actor because he was a simple student, and not only that, but he hid that fact pretty well. Another reason was that he is the youngest of the group and he was new to the VA industry, so naturally; the Christmas live event was Kawakari's debut as an official VA.

「Fufufu, Kawakari, the mystery voice actor, huh.」

「A~a, Lily... Well, it's no longer a mystery after that live broadcast.」 Kawakari says after giving her a wry smile.

But ever since that live broadcast, every girl in the school has been flirting with him non-stop. Nonetheless, in front of his own girlfriend! But we decided to keep that a secret from everyone so I guess there's no helping it.

「Oh! I almost forgot!」 Lily, one of our classmates, turns toward me and takes both of my hand and lightly clasps it in hers. 「You were playing that Christmas special, nonetheless Kawakari's route, right?」

「Un.」

「Still,」she looks over her shoulder to take a glance of Kawakari, who looked back her with a 'what is it?' expression and continues, 「I can't believe Kawakari can voice such a lovely voice. It makes me want to reenact that Christmas special with him, fufufu~」

「Does it now... haha...」 I give off a sheepish laugh while my cheeks were cramping.

But deep down, I raised a pose announcing my victory.

Sorry Lily, but he's mine and I already did that with him so back off!

「Please don't do such things toward me... I'm already embarrassed as is from Airis.」

「Haha... Sorry, Kawakari.」

I apologized while scratching the back of my head.

「Oh! I just remembered something! I heard we have three new teachers taking over!」

「「Three new teachers?」」

Kawakari and I look at each other in wonder and turn back to Lily.

She nods her head, points with her index finger, and says, "Yeah and I heard we're having him next period!"

「Next period? That's-」

「Home Economics, isn't it?」

I first pointed it out, but Kawakari finished it for me, then I continue on to say, "Then supposedly he's a chef of some sort."

「Un.」 Kawakari nods in his in agreement.

「By the way Kawakari, can I ask you a favor?」

When I heard Lily ask this, my eyes glared daggers though she didn't seem to notice my gaze.

Unlike Kawakari who notices his girlfriend's glare, only smiles wryly and shrugs his shoulders.

「What is it Lily?」

She hands out a piece of paper that was mostly used for autographs and finally lets out in an innocent and pleading voice, 「Can I have your autograph?」

I release the tension I was emanating and realize that it was something simple.

Kawakari puts his hands on his hips and said with a smile, 「If it's something that simple, I guess there's no harm done, right Airis?」

He directed his words at me for glaring at her with a murderous glare.

「R-right.」

I nod my head and he accepts Lily's paper.

He hands it back to her and her eyes were sparkling with amazement.

「Yata! Kawakari's autograph!」

She was jumping around cheerfully as she held up the autograph, but when she did that...

This happened.

「Kawakari!?/ You mean the mysterious voice actor of that otome game!?/ That Kawakari!?」

From the open door that lead out to the hallway, a couple of girls who were walking by heard this and ran back to see for their very eyes.

Kawakari overheard this and turned around and to his surprise, now a group of girls was crowding the door looking at him with smiles on their faces, giving off the expression of 'no way it's really him.'

Cold sweat forms on his forehead and he utter in a low voice, 「Crap...」

Then all at once all they all enter fangirl mode and all let out, 「Kyaa!! It's really him!/ Kawakari-sama!! I love you!!!/ Kawakari-sama look at us over here!!!/ Scold us with your lovely voice!!!」

This time Kawakari retorted back with surprise in his voice and lets out, 「Are you some kind of pervert!?」

Then, 「Ahhhh! Kawakari-sama's voice~ !/ My body feels hot! Scold us even more!/ Please even more!」

Their bodies were convulsing and they were rubbing their legs together. You can even see white puffs of air as they were breathing heavy.

Kawakari sighs in disbelief at the fact that most of his fans were huge M's.

「Was my fanbase really full of perverts...」

I, who was once full of rage, calmed down once I knew that Kawakari's fanbase is really just idiots. He, who is my boyfriend, give sympathy to. I pat his shoulder while saying, 「Ma~a. It can't be helped.」

Kawakari falls into his seat, exhausted, heaves a huge sigh and looks toward the ceiling, 「When did it come to this...」

I can only smile back and make fun of him.

「Ano... Can I have your autograph?」

「Hm?」 He brings his head back down and could see a girl holding out the exact same paper Lily had before.

He turns my way and I only waved to him in a manner that told him 'Don't worry about.'

He sees this and went back to the girl in front of him. He then looks to the side and can see a line of girls holding the same exact paper with smiles and sparkling eyes on their faces.

「Can't be helped...」

He takes the paper from the girl who noticed and all of sudden was beaming with joy.

Kawakari begins to sign autographs.

From the side, I notice that this was my first time seeing him work as a VA.

The kind gentle smile he puts on.

The warm and friendly atmosphere that surrounds him.

I couldn't help but smile at him.

In my eyes, it looked like he was right home doing what he enjoyed.

Then.

「Awawa~ It's Kawakari-sama~ Please, can I hold your hand?」

Kawakari sensed that the girl in front of him was the huge M.

「No.」

「Ahh~ A rejection from Kawakari-sama! It's so exquisite!」

Kawakari then glares at her as if he was looking at trash."

「Ahhh~ That gaze especially as if looking at trash! So good! Never, to say the least, I need a change down there ~」

Everyone's face loses color and watches the huge pervert leave the room.

Then the bell rings signaling the next class period.

All the girls let out sad cries and leave to their next class.

「And all I wanted to do was to relax...」

He sighs.

Everyone returns to their seats and wait for their new teacher.

Five minutes have passed since the bell has rung and the new teacher hasn't arrived.

「Five minutes late on the first day? Wow... How can you even call yourself a teacher?」

I said as I cross my arms across my chest.

「Ma~a Ma~a. There's no helping it. I think he's just lost... hopefully.」

「Yeah... Maybe you're right.」

Then all of a sudden-!

「Ka~wa~ka~ri~ ♪」

A happy voice that was singing behind him calls out.

In that instant, he realizes who that voice belonged to. Before he can escape, the outstretched arms already caught him and bring him in.

「I'm so happy to see Kawakari!~ !」

「Kuh! Yato! What are you doing at my school!?」

The ruckus that was happening at the back of the class causes everyone to turn their heads around and see a blond haired man hugging Kawakari from behind.

Kawakari is displease from his actions and tries to get away, but the blond hair handsome doesn't let up.

Anyone who has seen the live event on Christmas should know who this is.

「Yato... Sasabe...」

I utter his name.

「What am I doing here you say? I'm your new Home Economics teacher!」

「Eh?!」

「Yup! Ah~! Finally I get to see Kawākari in full bloom of his youth.」

Yato begins to nuzzle his cheek onto Kawākari's face and then falls asleep.

「Yato are you asleep!?」

「Zzzzz.」

「You are!? Hurry up and do your job already ~hora!!!」

「Woah!!!」

Kawākari tosses Yato over his shoulder and throws him over to the front of the class.

DON!!

「Ittai! Kawākari! You're such a meanie~!」

「Just do your job already!」

「Hai~ hai~.」

Yato clears his throats and looks at the class in front of him.

「Ano, as some of you don't know, I will be your new Home Economics teacher for the rest of the school year. I am Yato Sasabe and I'm a pastry chef of certain bakery that's nearby here. This is my first time being a teacher so please help me along the way.」

「N-no way...」 Lily utters in awe. She stands up, slams her hands on her desk, and points to Yato. 「Hm?」

「You're the voice actor for one of the characters in that Otome game Kawākari voices in! That means-!」She looks back between Yato and Kawākari and exclaims, 「You two are co-workers!」

「Wow, I'm surprised you manage to connect the dots~! Would you like a reward?」 Kawākari teases her.

BUCHI

「Do you want to die early?!」

「Ah~ youth. Is she your girlfriend?」

「NO SHE'S NOT. Lily is just a classmate and a fan. That's all.」

「Oh, that's disappointing to hear. Hm?」

His notices me who was sitting nearby and smiles.

Never mind! I found your girlfriend Kawākari~!」

「HAH?! What are you talking about?」

Kawākari shouts back in surprise.

Yato leaves the teacher's desk and walks towards my desk.

「Ano... if I remember correctly... Airis is it? How was our Christmas present to you?」

「Ah!-」 Wait! I can't reveal that Kawākari's my boyfriend! 「Ano... present? I don't remember getting a present from you. This is our first time meeting each other.」

「Oh~? Is that right? If I remember correctly... I heard you say something about not unwrapping your present because you can reenact-」

「Eek!」 I cover his mouth in a panic and laugh wryly. 「Hahaha! I remember now! Yes, I'm grateful to have such a wonderful gift from you.」

「Is that so? I'm glad you liked it~! What about you Kawākari? Did she enjoy the gift you gave her?」

「Hm? Yeah she did. It was just one of those limited edition audio CDs we did a couple months of ago. She was really bummed out that she couldn't get one at the time.」

「No~ no~ not that gift. The other one.」

「Other one? I didn't give her any other gifts.」

「Yeah, Kawākari only gave me the audio CD of his character.」

「Do you really think I'm dumb you two?」

「「Huh???」」

Yato grins at me and walks over to Kawākari. He held Kawākari's chin and peers into his eyes.

「Y-Yato!? What the hell are you doing!?」

「I'm just doing what I want to do~ Hold still.」

Yato was getting closer to Kawākari and he couldn't escape. Lily was caressing her own cheek as she took rapid-fire pics of the two. While as for me, my jealousy spiked at this scene and intervened.

I rush over and held onto his shirt.

「A~re?」

He looks back and sees me clenching his shirt tightly while looking down.

「So this is your answer huh?」

I couldn't believe that I acted out of jealousy. I wanted to monopolize Kawākari all to myself. I didn't want anyone else to take him away from me, even if it was his coworkers and my teacher.

「If you're not clear with your answer, then I will-!!」

He tries to go back to kiss Kawākari, but I toss him over my shoulder and sit on Kawākari's lap. 「H-he's mine! I'm not letting you take him from me!」

「Airis!?」Kawākari lets out.

「No way!」Lily says in shock.

Tears were forming at the corner of my eyes as I couldn't hold back the feeling. It was too painful for me endure.

Airis was visibly shaking as she exposes our true relationship. She really adores me and wanted to monopolize me as I wanted to do the same for her.

I wrap my arms around her and lean my head against her back. 「Kawākari?」

「Thank you Airis...」

「It's no big deal. I acted out of jealousy though...」

「That made me happy though; to act out of jealousy is a sign showing how much you love me.」

「Well, actually you were mine to begin with so I guess you can say... I was territorial?」

「Lets go with that.」

「Yay~! And I exposed both of them~!")」

Yato claps his hands.

「Eh? Did you plan this?」I ask in surprise.

「N~ n~ That's right Kawākari! I had to test if Airis's affection. After all, I won't let anyone else take Kawākari if they didn't show that much jealousy towards you.」

「When did you become my dad?」

「Ever since you started working with us!」

After a meaningless reunion with Yato, we finally were able to start class. We guided Yato to the Home Economic classroom and we grouped up into groups. Naturally Airis and I were in the same group, but Lily insisted to be with us rather than her friends.

Today, Yato taught us how to bake bread. It was a simple recipe that allowed us to bake bread in about an hour or so. We diligently follow his instructions all the way to the kneading phase.

「How does one knead dough!?」I was having a hard time kneading the dough our group made. 「You have to use your entire body, Kawākari. Like this.」 A pair of hands mold to the shape of my hands and guide them. 「Ah, thanks Yato.」

「Heehee~!」

「Guh!? DO YOUR JOB ~HORA!!!!」 I throw him over my shoulde, aim, and threw my dough at his face. 「Ah~ Kawākari's hard work it's so marvelous! I will make it the best out of everyone's here!」

「Oi! That's my grade! Give that back!」

Yato and Kawākari were running around the room like kids on the playground. Lily and I couldn't believe the sight. We both knew them as voice actors of our favorite otome game and yet, seeing them like this, we couldn't believe it.

「As much as finding out that you and Kawākari are a couple is surprising... These two are even more surprising.」

「Yeah...」

「Yato!!! Give me back my grade! I don't need your help!」

「But it's Kawākari dough and I want it!」

「Being selfish is going fail me!」

「Not when I'm your teacher~. You get a full score every time!」

「Stop doting on me! Let me live my school life!」

「Sorry~ but with the others coming, I don't think so~!」

「The others are here as well!?!?」

When Lily and I heard this, we looked at each other and connected the dots together.

「If Yato is here...」

「And he's one of our new teachers...」

「Then that means...」

「The other two VAs...」

「「Is our other new teachers!?"」」

「Correct~!」 Yato claps his hands together with a smile.

DoPan!

Out of nowhere, Kawakari, who was still kneading his dough, suddenly smacks Yato on the head.

「I~ttai~!」Yato says in pain as he begins to pat his head.

「That's such a bad joke that it makes me want to hit you.」

「That's so mean Kawakari~! You hit me first before saying it.」

「I don't care. That was a really bad joke.」

「But I'm serious! All of us are here in the school so we're now with Kawakari every day!」

「Huh!? Why would you guys do such a stupid thing!?」

「Because we want Kawakari to pass of course!」

「Yato...-sensei. Do you know what subjects the other VAs are?」

「"Of course I do! We all applied at the same time after all. Aoiki will be the new PE teacher and Midori will be the new Science teacher. Of course, we asked to be teachers of Kawakari.」

The three look at Kawakari and they found him staring out a window. 「Where did my peaceful school days go?」Seeing Kawakari depress makes me feel bad for him. He simply wants to live a normal school life with his friends and I, but now, ever since his debut, he's now swarmed with fame and the unnecessary attention it brings along with it. I walk up behind him and hug him. 「Airis...」

「It'll be okay Kawakari. I think we'll be fine. Afterall, you're not alone anymore.」

Airis...

My arms contours to Airis's arms and and let out a sigh of relief. 「Yeah, I'm not alone anymore.」I look back outside and then, 「Hm? Was that...?」I thought I saw him.
