In most of my stories, I put Ash Ketchum, the anime's protagonist, as my own fanfic protagonist. Why Ash? What is he so special that I would like to put him in my Pokemon Fanfics? It is simple, Ash is my favorite male character in the Pokemon series, but he has been having some unfair treatment in the anime that I want to change.

First is the anime appearance. Because I want to make a Pokemon Fanfiction with Ash as the main character, I decided to check online to find the old videos when Ash journeying with Misty. I know that a lot of people pair Ash and Misty, but I'm not a big fan of that pairing. Starting with Kanto, in the first chapters, it shows how Misty keeps calling Ash a loser and only wants her bike to be repaired. I know that Dawn would never do that to Ash. And I also don't like how Ash behaves in the first chapters. I know the whole story is focusing on Ash's growth, but it was really beyond my imagination. The Gym battles are also a mess in the first part of the series, what do you mean by making Sabrina laugh so that he can get the Marsh Badge? Saving Gloom from Team Rocket to get the Rainbow Badge? I know that the Pokemon wants to show that winning gym battles are not exactly the right way to earn gym badges, but this is a little too disturbing to me.

After Johto League, I thought that Ash was really getting better and better... until the Unova arc. Why would they try to have Zekrom take away Ash's Pikachu's electricity so that he will lose to a Snivy? And why the hell did he not evolve the Starter Pokemon as he did in Diamond and Pearl? If they give a reason like Rowlet devouring an Everstone or Bulbasaur refusing to evolve, I can understand. But come on! Black, White, Black 2, and White 2 are my favorite Pokemon Games because of the story! At least they manage to redeem in the XY Arc and the rest of the series.

I talked about pairing Ash with Dawn, Serena, and Lillie in the previous chapters, I also get a lot of private messages of why I don't like Ash and Misty pairing. That's because I like to think of myself as Ash. Like Togepi, Ash is the one who found the egg, but what will he think after Misty pushes him away and leads to Togepi's first sight being Misty? He was preparing to fight the Beedrills for his Metapod, and Misty was the one dragging him away causing him to be blamed by the Samurai for abandoning his Pokemon, what do you think about that? I know that there are some dramas and I don't dislike them for doing that. But what makes me hate this shipping is those shippers who keep annoying me with private messages and hateful comments.

As for other shipping like Ash and Cynthia, Ash and Delia, or others, I just feel that why? They are really old and already becoming mothers. I don't really like incest and to me, it just feels weird. I prefer Ash pairing with girls that are the same age. Some might argue that Cynthia might be the same age as Ash, but in the 20th movie, I would believe that Cynthia already has a daughter and that's Verity. Some might argue that the one in the picture is not her, but I want to believe it is. As for the other Gym Leaders and Frontier Brains, it is also the same for me. Maybe except for the Frontier Brain Anabel, I actually think Abilityshipping is fine for me.

As for the other male characters in the story, I want to say I don't really hate them, except for Drew, Trip, or those arrogant ones. I used to hate Paul as well, but after the six-on-six battles, I respect him and I actually think he's fine. I was happy when they made Clemont a traveling companion, because his Voice actor is the same as Eren Yeager, which is one of my favorite characters in Attack on Titan. Some of my friends ask if I hate Goh because of how the anime makers portray him in the anime, I want to say that I don't really hate him, but I think it is weird for him to catch all the Galar Starters while Ash has none, and he also caught a Suicune while Ash didn't. Goh did remind me a little of Ash's first appearances and I am not actually fond of it as well.

As for Ash's Pokemon, I prefer all of them evolving except for Pikachu, because the name Ketchum means that he's gotta catch them all.  In my stories, I will find some way to evolve his Pokemon because why not? Evolving doesn't mean that their personality will change, maybe except for Charizard because he becomes arrogant, and there are some Pokemon that I really want Ash to catch, such as Absol, Gyarados, Tyranitar, and so on, but they never happen and I was a little disappointed. 

Now that I finished talking about the anime Ash, I'll talk about the Ash that I portray in my stories. I have explained the reason why I make Ash an Arceus, so I will skip that part. In the Sevestar Prince, I gave Ash and Alice 18 disguises and 18 different names and appearances. In my stories,  Aura are formed into weapons so that Pokemon moves can be performed, I know a lot of people are asking why I do this.

Let's talk about the Aura Weapons, when I watched the Mew and Lucario movie, I had thoughts of what if a human can use Pokemon moves? Does that make them Pokemon as well? And there is the concept of Aura, so I think maybe I can do something about it so that Ash can use Pokemon moves to train with Pokemon. After playing several games with a lot of weapons, I decided to find 18 different weapons and combine them with each Pokemon Type, so that they would become aura weapons for Ash to wield and fight.

List of items: Normal Sword, Fighting Gloves, Flying Wings, Poison Needles, Ground Rope, Rock Shield, Bug Horn, Ghost Knives, Steel Gun, Fire Cannon, Water Cross, Grass Whip, Electric Chainsaw, Psychic Ring, Ice Bow and Arrows, Dragon Claws, Dark Rod, and Fairy Wands.

I'm a Chinese person and some of the objects listed above are really weapons in myths and novels like Journey to the West or Investiture of the Gods. And I will respect if someone having a better version of Aura Weapons than I have.

For the Disguises, Arceus has different types according to the plate, so I was thinking what if Ash has some sort of Grass Type Form, Fire Type Form, and so on? That's why I decide to create the Aura Disguises. The names are of course trying to relate to that type, I give him Kaguyama for Ghost Type because it translates into Shadow Mountain, and Tom is similar to Tombstone, so I make it a Rock Type name. 

The problem for me back then was to determine what kind of occupation for the disguises. In one of my abandoned stories that you can never find in my profile again, I tried to make Ash and Alice have different occupations, but that means I have to think of 36 occupations. I did that in the end and they have different disguises in my Sevestar Prince normal version.

Normal: I was thinking about being a novelist because it is normal to write fanfics, and the other one is a Stylist because of some Pokemon like Furfrou, Skitty, and Lopunny.

Fighting: I have been thinking a lot about this type, I made Ash a Resort owner while Alice is a teacher. Resorts have a lot of facilities for training and fun, so I decide to pick that, as for Teacher, it reminds me of Pokemon Reborn's teacher Kiki. 

Flying: Of course, it has to be a pilot and flying attendant. To me, the Flying type is similar to the sky, and Ash flying a place is something very interesting to me. 

Poison: The doctors are curing poison, so I want to make them either a Pokemon doctor or a human doctor. Since Ash likes Pokemon and Alice is my Original Character, I decided to give a Pokemon Doctor to Ash and a human doctor to Alice.

Ground: Because of Mudsdale and Rhyhorn, I want to make a Pokemon Rider or knight for this type. And because Cythia's ace is Garchomp and it is a Ground Type, I decided to make Alice an Archeologist like her.

Rock: I chose Jewel Maker for Ash because Diancie is a Rock-type Pokemon and she can create a lot of diamonds. Alice is a Fossil Restorationist because of obvious reasons.

Bug: Bug is closer to nature, so I want to make Ash a Pokemon Ranger for this type, and Alice becomes a desert maker because some of the Bug Pokemon are found in Honey Trees in Diamond and Pearl and I think a Maid Cafe can also show how beautiful she is.

Ghost: I think Ash and Alice deserve to work with the International Police because of how they stopped the evil teams like Team Rocket, Team Flare, and so on. There was a Galar Job request that a Spy needs 30 Ghost-type Pokemon, so that is obviously the choice for Alice. As for Ash, I decided to make him an assassin because I like his dark side more.

Steel: Steel Type is probably one of the hardest ones to think about. I was trying to make Alice an inventor since female inventors are much harder to find, and for Ash, I was thinking about Construction Workers because of Tinkaton, Klinklang, and other Steel Type Pokemon are related to it.

Fire: For Ash, a chef is obvious because you need fire to cook good food. For Alice, I want her to become an instrument maker because there is one in the Hoenn Games that uses Ashes to make flutes.

Water: Both of them being Coordinators for this type is obvious reasons. But instead of that, I also want Ash and Alice to be either a Musician or an Idol because of Primarina, Milotic, Quaquaval, and so on.

Grass: Alice is of course from the Mache Family, and Valerie is a famous Fashion designer, so it is obvious that fashion designer is going to be one of their occupations. Why not Fairy but Grass? Because I think Grass is much more related to nature. And if there's the fashion designer there's going to be models as well, that will be the other occupation.

Electric: Being a movie star are obvious choice because Pikachu obviously is a movie star in that episode and it is also Ash's companion. The other occupation is obviously the director, there are some movies in which the director and the actors are the same person, so why not?

Psychic: Most of the space Pokemon are Psychic Type, so having Ash working in space is of course the obvious choice, as for Alice, I want to make her a Magician because most of the Pokemon with this ability are Psychic Types.

Ice: What I really want to do with this type is not sure, and I didn't put my final thoughts in the Sevestar Prince. I want Ash to become an Ice Skating guy and Alice to be the best dancer. Obviously, there are some sparks when the two of them are combined.

Dragon: This one is also hard to think, so I decided to make both of them Dragon Tamers, with the influence of the PAL series on Fanfic, being the Dragon Prince and Dragon Princess sounds more powerful and more amazing.

Dark: Dark Type is also hard to find as I don't want Ash and Alice to choose something that is bad. So I decide to make them Professors because it is interesting to learn more about Dark Types that are not really evil.

Fairy: Being a Detective and an artist is actually influenced by Detective Conan and the Lumiose Museum.
