A/N

With these three poems are just more stuff that popped into my head. The first on I wrote on Veteran's Day when I was about 11. The second one just came out of no where. The third was for English Lit. Assignment that I don't remember what for. I hope you enjoy them.

My Dear Hero

My lover is a hero.

To me, he will always be my number one.

A love like ours is a powerful feeling.

But my heart aches whenever I see him leaving.

I never know where his duty will lead him.

I always fear that he may never return.

I pray to God he does.

My hero is brave and strong.

I know that one day soon, he come back to my arms.

---------------------------------

Traitor

I thought that he was the one.

Now I know he just used me.

It's now over and done.

Why can't everyone just leave me be?

I am forever haunted by these memories.

I no longer believe in love stories.

He's given me so much pain.

There is no happiness left to find.

You'll have to look for it some where else.

The Vagabond

I come a listless stranger.

Whose life is always in danger.

I come a fruitful bard.

Whose music is heard with regard.

We are always on the hunt for a new adventure.

We don't always know where we will venture.

We don't stay in one place for very long.

Some people would say what we do is very wrong.

We do not care what they say.

We are the humble servants to the Queen of the Frays.

On this good earth, we will forever roam.

Until we find our one true home.
