Such brilliant harmony that I've never felt the likes of. Such peace and tranquility that I've never had the privilege of sensing. Such a mutual bond of trust and faith, that I could never fathom happening.

          Nothing else matters, there is      nothing but me and him, moving together as one being. Just in this perfect moment do I feel such a strong love for him, and I cannot fathom living without him.

       I close my eyes and feel the wind brush my cheeks like feathers, and a smile of simple and pure unadulterated joy painted across my face. Blissful and dainty as the best chocolate, and such happiness that I thought I would never feel again.

          So complete, so whole, my soul mate through and through. I'm able to forget painful memories of the past.

     Love is blind so they say, I never understood until today. And such blindness can be bliss, as long as you can forget the reason that you have never felt it.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Hey! Happy Easter! Today I continued my holiday tradition of a bareback ride on holidays! I even rode Dash bareback, which is where the inspiration of this poem came from, which is unusual in that generally anything that has to do with him is very explicitly dark. This is quite possibly the first happy poem I have ever written about him and me! He was so good to me today, maybe he knew it was Easter!??
