We were a powerful duo

I still have the wonderful paintings you mailed to me so long ago
In my closet is the necklace you bought me
My shelf holds the rose you gave me on Valentine's collecting dust
I'll always have a little bit of you and our memories
It scares me to think you're in high school now
Because I still see you as the shy kid I was best friends with
Since kindergarten
For all I know you may have your license
Which your mom didn't want
Mainly because of the way you drove in GTA V
Was terrifying to her
