Faith was one of the two most revered Pokémon in her society. She had a certain grace to her movements, a simple sparkle in her eye, a lily in her voice, and a shine to her appearance. She was, by all definitions, beautiful. She was only rivaled by her sister, Hope.

Even as a Ralts, her impeccable grace and skill for dancing landed her on the top of the hit list. When she became a Gardevoir, she and her family were kidnapped. Faith was forced to watch her parents be tortured, killed painfully, and then gutted from the inside. She never saw her sister, but assumed she was killed as well.

Following that traumatic experience, she developed dissociative identity disorder. She was now mainly Lux, though on some occasions, mostly including some kind of bond being witnessed or performed, she'd become Umbra. The same process would snap her back to Lux.

After two years, Lux and Umbra were torn between each other. Despite being alter personalities, they had trouble discerning who was who. Umbra finally made the decision to go to her old friend, a Gourgeist. The Gourgeist 'Cursed' Lux to have her personality only change whenever she hears the word "love". That's the upside, for the colors were the main focus of the Curse.

Lux is very kind and quite loyal. She'll try to help others when she can.

Umbra, on the other hand, is somewhat short tempered and can be merciless in battle. She strikes out with lightning fast speed to take down her enemies. She is also an embodiment of all of Lux's negative emotions.
