Recap:

Vindhya decides to meet the person who is sending her notes. She wanted to take help from Deepak. She notices her Appa behaving differently. When she goes to shopping along with Karthik, she gets a shocking news that her Appa is at the Team Ten's Office.

Vindhya's POV:

I ran out of the shopping mall and I took an auto.

" Bhayya please drive to this place fastly." I said to him.

Calling Deepak I asked him " What is dad doing there?"

" I don't know Vindhya. I'm freaking out. What if he sees me here?" He shouted.

" Relax Deepak. Has he seen any of our friends?" I asked him.

" No. I saw him when he is just outside the building." He told me.

" Go to the CCTV room and see where he is now." I told him.

" He is in the waiting hall." Deepak said in a surprised tone and I'm equally surprised.

" Does it mean that he wants our team help for something?" I asked myself.

" That could be a probability." I heard Deepak agreeing to me.

" If that is true, I may not be caught." I sighed.

" Help me in finding a burkha which can cover my face too." I requested him.

" Consider it done. Where are you now?" He asked me.

" I'll be there in 10 minutes." I said.

After the call is done with, I began to think why Appa was there.

For a moment, I was worried that he may have known my secret. Even now, I'm worried. What probably would have brought my dad to the office?

How would I face him?

Can I manage without being identified? I am not risking any of my friends for this. All of them knew my dad and my dad would identify them.

I paid the auto fare and ran into our office from the back gate.

Taking the burkha from Deepak, I ran into Vaishnavi's room. There she was waiting for me with some makeup things.

She used the foundation and changed my face color. I took  a pair of contact lenses and covered myself with the burkha and hijab.

I then calmed myself and sat in one of the rooms. I asked one of the helpers to send my dad in.

I'm ready to do this.

" Good afternoon mam, I'm Prabhakaran Iyer." Dad said when he entered.

" Good afternoon. Sit down sir." I tried to speak in a different voice.

" How can we help you?" I asked him.

" I need your help to find a person." He said worriedly.

" Okay, can you give us the details?" I asked him but I had so many thoughts running inside my mind.

" I don't have much details. I only know the name of the person." He said.

" We also need to know why you are searching for that person." I said trying to know more about this.

" Sorry but this is my personal matter." He said.

" You need to trust us Sir. Only then we can find that person as soon as possible." I said.

" It's... It's just that I need some more time. Please understand that I trust your agency so much. That's why I'm here." Appa said.

" Okay sir. What is the person's name?" I asked him.

" Amelia is her name." Appa said.

" Her name doesn't sound like a local name." I pointed out.

" I don't know about her much." Appa confessed .

" Do you have any picture of her?" I asked him.

" Yes. Here it is." He said and gave me a passport sized picture of her.

I have never seen her before.

" Any more details sir?" I asked him.

" No." He said.

" Are you sure that you're not hiding any other info sir?" I asked him again.

" No. That's it." He confirmed.

" I hope that you will give us other details soon like why you are searching for her." I told Appa and I saw him nod unwillingly.

" Mutual trust and belief are the major prerequisites Sir." I told him.

" Thanks mam. I'll visit soon. For now please help me. What's your name mam?" He asked me.

" I'm Nadiya." I lied.

" Thank you mam." He said and left the room leaving me all confused.

" What just happened there?" Deepak asked me when I entered the other room.

" I have no clue. But we need to find who this Amelia is." I said and showed him the picture.

" We will Vindhya. Relax. You don't look fine." Deepak said.

" I'm worried Deepika. I have no idea who she is and why my dad is searching for her." I ranted out.

" We will find her." This time all of my friends said.

" Thanks guys. What would I do without you all?" I said honestly

" You would be one mad woman." Abhi joked to which all of us smiled.

All of my friends engulfed me into a comforting hug.

"Vindhya this has been ringing all the while." Vaishu pointed to my mobile.

I unlocked it to see 20 missed calls from Karthik. Oh my gosh! I guess I'm dead.

Sighing I called him.

" Where the hell are you?" He shouted immediately after answering.

" I'm with a friend." I said.

" Why did you run off like that?" He asked me.

" Something came up." I answered vaguely.

" Are you sure that you're safe now?" He asked me again.

" Yes. Deepak is with me." I said and handed over the phone to deepak.

Deepak being a good friend understood my plight and talked with Karthik.

After the call I asked Deepak to drop me. He said that he had to meet Meghana.

" Call me after going to your home then." I told him.

I need to tell him about the notes.

I walked out and entered the market. To my shock Karthik was there along with his bike.

" What are you doing here?" I asked him.

" I figured out that you would be somewhere close by." He answered.

" Didn't I tell that I was with Deepak?" I questioned.

" Where is he now?" he asked me to which I didn't have an answer.

" Sit." He ordered.

He dropped me home and while going he gave me a cover.

" It is really for you." He said and went off.

" What is this?" I opened and saw that red saree.

" Nice saree Vindhya." Mom said.

" it is for Adi bhai's marriage Amma." I said.

" Let's give it to the tailor then." She said to which I agreed.

" Maa where is Appa?" I asked her.

" He went out on some work Vindhya. Why?" She asked me.

" Appa is not talking with me normally maa." I hugged her and couldn't help the tears in my eyes.

" Arey why are you crying for this little thing? He is busy lately dear. Don't cry. He will talk with you tonight. I promise." Amma said.

I'm waiting for you Appa.

Deepak didn't call me. I have to tell him at some or the other time in the morning. I should meet that person tomorrow night only. I should know about those notes.
