This is the first rant!
Villain Deku is something very popular in the fandom of Bnha, a fandom I am. There are also many stories of Villain Deku in Wattpad. I even have one on drafts.
However, I think it's kind of overrated compared to the villain version of the other hero characters.
When you search for Villain Deku stories, there are 14.9K, almost 15K, and people have Villain Deku in their accounts. There are like 20, or something like that.
Don't get me wrong, I like seeing villain alter egos of my favourite characters, like Asta from Black Clover or Naruto from Naruto Shippuden, but, in my opinion, Villain Deku is a bit too overrated. And most of the stories here are the same:

"Deku jumps off the rooftop, but Shigaraki or All For One save him or stop him, and ask him to join the L.O.V, which he inmediately accepts."
"Deku, Toga and Dabi get caught and sent to villain rehab."

A Villain Deku story plot I find original is 'U.A's Civil War', by Zuki_1245. It's basically a hero training exercise were the students are divided in two teams: Heroes and Villains, and Deku is the leader of the villains. I still haven't read it yet, but I plan onto soon.
