Plot
As they did many things I'm their past, Cinos decided that he and his team should go to college to give them education, intelligence, and other things. But they're no college that will except a mutant chimeric Werehog, a dinosaur loving weasel, a strong illegal genetic alien, a large fire breathing dragon, a crazy feral badger, and an evolved food eating molerat. With the help of Jumba Jookiba who have heard by someone​ that there is a world that they can go to school where being bestial, animalistic, and feral and don't judge creature look. They where sent to a world but 10 years ago where Monsters have to scare human children to survive, so Jumba hack into a school called Monster University where the Savage Ravagers will finally be at school while Jumba, Pleakly, and Gantu watch them. However, it turns out that Stitch's bad cousins arrive who were by a client who also told them about the monster world, in which that they'll learn and use the power of scream to destroy the Galactic Federation and Hamsterviel, Delia, Flute, and turn Stank back to bad. The Ravagers and Experiments signed up for the Scare Games to that neither of them can defeat one of the other.
