~Balto's P.O.V~

Class had been boring as always. It was all just basic training of werewolf class. That is until it lead out. I had to meet up with Gene. However on my way there a sweet smell of vanilla came into my nostrils. I followed it and it sure enough lead me to someone. Gene at that. I could feel my heart speed up and my face heat up. From what I learned was that If a wolf were to smell something sweet and that lead to a person it would mean that the person would be their mate. However before this I don't understand why I never smelled this with Gene.

Was it possible for it not to affect me as quickly. Was I just late or something. "About Fucking time Balto come on I think Aaron al-" I cut him off when I grabbed him by the shoulders. My body felt warm as I looked at him. Shit. "What is it now do you have to go or something?" he said noticing the bathroom not to far from us. "n-no..um...I...I" I couldn't get it out which was a first since I was always so blunt. "Spit it out already" Well here goes nothing. I pressed my lips on his picking him up a bit and pushing him to the locker. He was a bit shorter than me so it was rather easy. I could feel myself melt at this. I guess some things pay off going to class. I tilted my head deepening the kiss. He put his hands on my chest gripping onto my shirt.

But his hands soon soften and wrapped around my torso. We heard a door open and shut. I parted with him and looked to my right at the boys bathroom. "I uh...saw nothing" Zane said as he turned a corner. I looked at Gene seeing his beat red face. I smiled and put him down from where he was. "What was that about?" He asked so calmly as he looked at me. "Heh I found my mate" I said bluntly. He took a while before he realized what I meant. " so you practically marked me?" he said as I nodded. He began to blush even more.

He took my hand as we walked out of school. A Few of the werewolf girls and boys left out perimeter knowing that he was marked by me. They knew I wasn't an alpha but they also knew the rules of finding a mate. "Ugh I cant believe this" he said chuckling to himself I looked down at him as he left the school and heading to the park." Soo you gonna go with your gang huh?" I said knowing it for I saw them not far from where we stood. "...Heh yeah see tomorrow?" he asked I nodded placing a kiss on his head before looking at Both his gang member giving them a death glare before leaving the place.
