RAGHAV'S POV

"Why aren't the files still on table" I asked Mr. Diwaan

"Rana sa, the department hasn't.. " He was saying when I glared him.

"I need the department heads here in five minutes. " I commanded and he nodded moving out.

I'm fucking done with it. I've already been irritated like hell and on the top of all when I don't get the work done before deadline.

As the cabin door knocked I commanded in and I saw four department heads coming one by one.

"What was the deadline" I asked when they all hung their head low.

"Here. Eyes here when I talk" I snarled

"Deadline" I asked again

"Ra.. Rana sa. " One of them stammered

"Date" I said

"9th May" Another one mumbled

"And today's? " I asked

"12th" One of them replied

"So where are the files" I questioned and they all again became silent.

"I'm not talking to deaf ears" I roared and they all flinched

"I don't pay you for fucking sitting and gossip around. Neither I pay you for late submissions. Due to you my deal is pending. And if you don't have a reason that I'll find genuine unlike your faces right now, you all are welcomed to take your resignation letters today" I stated

"Rana sa. No no. Please. We'll do it. Please" They pleaded

"So what you all were doing till date? Fucking nothing" I yelled

No, I'm not in shitty mood today, they all are shitheads!!

"Today! Mr. Diwaan, if I don't get the files today they're free to give their resignation letters. I'm very much available to sign them in seconds" I ordered and he nodded

"Out " I snapped.

As they all left, I looked at the phone and the Lock screen that had a picture of the two females who were the reason of my living.

Damn ten days and I was missing her like hell.

For two days I was so busy with state matters that I didn't get time to call her and talk properly. Moreover I tried not to because I knew if I listen her voice, every cell of my body will want to be with her.

But who was I kidding!

Janki Rathore is the oxygen I breath!!

And I was getting suffocated without that oxygen.

Shrugging off the thoughts, I got back to the work and as told till evening five I had files in my hands.

Briefing through them, I was about to call Janki when that dog barged into my cabin.

"We need to go to Delhi" I said and I looked at him.

"What happened? Is Megha and Janki okay" I asked and he looked at him.

"Yes of course. What will happen to them" He questioned

"Dumbass. You came in saying that we need to go in such a haste " I snapped

"So what! That's an emergency. Did you look at the pictures they've posted! Did you see their stories. They're having so much fun. They're clubbing and here look as us both. Sulking. " He whined and I raised a brow.

"Okay, so it's all about Radhika" I said

"No no. Bhabhi sa too. I mean come on, you're my best friend and you're sulking from ten days. You're yelling at poor employees unnecessary. I can't see you dying" He mocked

"Mock once more, you'll be as good as dead. I'm already in a shit mood" I warned

"Ya ya. Only bhabhi sa has the right to mock Rana Raghav Singh Rathore without a glare recieved by him" He huffed

"Yes " I replied without a hesitation.

"Come on Raghav. I know you're dying to see her. And I'm in no denial I'm dying to see Radhika Shah who very well knows that I'm into her yet she's testing my patience " He whined and I looked at him

"I've a condition though" I asked

"Though I can go alone but fucking fine, say" He huffed and I smirked.

"Ask her for marriage" I said

"That my parents would do right" he mumbled

"So?" I raised a brow and he huffed.

"So I'll first ask her for marriage. Not her parents. Unlike you going directly to the girl's parents and dropping a bomb" He told and I looked at him and slapped the back of his head.

"I'll pick you in an hour" I stated and standing up left the cabin.

"Mr. Diwaan, I'm leaving for Delhi" I said as I saw him out side the cabin and he nodded with a small smile.

"Give that smile again and I'm free to sign one more resignation letter before leaving Delhi" I warned and he shook his head frightened before I went out.

As I went home, I saw mom & dad.

"I'm leaving for Delhi" I said but they both gave me a bored look.

"I won the bet" Dad smirked

"What bet" I asked

"That in ten days you'll go to Delhi. Your mom said he won't" Dad grinned like a kid

"What are you two? Kids? Betting over it" I asked annoyed

"Still I won" Dad grinned and I sighed

"Go pack. " Mom chuckled and I nodded

As I came to my room, I honestly didn't know what to pack hence the tuxedos or Bandhgala suits which came in my hand first, I placed them neatly in the suitcase when I remembered how Janki literally stuffed her clothes in her suitcase.

As I went downstairs, I informed mom about leaving and then drove to Aarav's first and picking that moron, left for airport.

"Why are you wearing a suit" He asked me.

"What do you mean" I questioned back

"I mean that you should've worn casuals like me. Look at me" He said pointing himself from top to bottom and of course I chose to ignore him.

We boarded the jet and in an hour we were on the lands of Delhi.

"Should I go to Radhi now" He asked

"Shut up" I muttered

"Fine! Tomorrow morning" He mumbled sulking.

"Stop behaving like this Aarav Raichand, you look like a desperate dog" I said

"Look, who's even saying" He smirked

"Should I throw you out of the car" I asked

"You're The Best" He grinned punching me on my bicep and I sighed at his idiocy.

How am I bearing him since childhood!!

Because he's with you since your childhood.

As we reached the Singh mansion, Robin parked the car and I looked at none of the cars of Rathore's there.

Madam is not home yet.

I looked at the time and then went ringing the bell.

And as the door opened, I looked at everyone sitting in living room except her.

"Raghav" Dad spoke as I went inside.

"Khammaghani papa" I wished touching his feet.

"Ghanikhamma " He said a bit surprised

As I wished everyone, everyone looked at me a bit surprised but everyone was happy to see me.

As we sat in the living room, I asked for Megha and Janki.

"I thought to surprise both of them" I told

"That's fantastic. Wait, I'll call Megha" Ambika spoke and called for Megha.

As she came, she looked at me and then grinned

"Dad" She exclaimed and a small smile broke on my lips as she came hugging me and I picked her up.

"I missed you" She said

"Dad missed you more baby" I mumbled kissing her cheek.

"You know I did lot of fun. Delhi is so fun" She exclaimed again

"Is it? You had a good time. That's amazing" I said and she smiled nodding.

After that for some half an hour she told me everything she did and even showed me everything she bought.

"Looks like you loved Delhi" I asked and she nodded

"Home looks so full by you all" Mom said with a smile and I nodded.

"I'll call mom. She's with Radhika masi" She told

"Really! Call them both" Aarav spoke and I hit him by elbow.

"No I mean. Let them enjoy" He added

"Come on, the girls will have their dinner outside. Let's have ours. It's already late" Mom told and we nodded

After dinner we all were sitting while papa asking Aarav about the security breach and all where as I was waiting impatiently for that woman to show up.

"God, I'm so done with Janki and Radhika not picking up calls. They're just too much" Mom spoke a bit angry.

"She has security mom. She's safe" I told and she sighed

"You're spoiling her more" She complained.

"Wasn't that the deal" I asked and she chuckled smiling.

Megha already retired to her room and we all were sitting waiting for her highness to show.

And very soon the bell of the mansion rang and as the door opened she came inside.

"You know we had ol.. " She was saying when I stood up from the couch with my hands in the pockets of my trousers, leaning to the couch, and as she looked at me, her words froze in her mouth where as I kept looking at her.

I don't know how it was possible...

How but..

I was breathing properly now.

"Raghav.. " She whispered and then without waiting for a second, she dropped the bags in her hand , came running and hugged me tightly.

I did look at everyone looking at us but, who gives a damn!!

And I hugged her back.

"You're here" She exclaimed as a small smile came on my lips and we broke the hug while I nodded.

"I am Sunshine" I replied taking a deep breath and she giggled nodding.

And then she looked at Aarav.

"Hey bhabhi sa" He wished smiling

"Aarav. Well, if I would've known, I would've kept Radhi here" She winked

"Right na! I told this man! But he was more interested to surprise you" He frowned.

"Wait! What are we missing? " Lakshya asked

"He's whipped by Radhika" Janki answered and Lakshya looked at him then gave a thumbs up.

"We'll call her in morning. Don't worry" Mom said and Aarav grinned.

"Yes! Who knows we might just keep her here for good hours" Janki smirked

"You're the cupid bhabhi sa. You're the best" He cheered and everyone laughed while I just kept looking at the smile, the eyes, the giggle which I missed like hell.

"Okay. Janki, take Raghav to your room. It's late. We should retire to our rooms" Mom said and honestly that was what I wanted.

Her, here alone with me.

And as told, Janki took me to her room and then looked at bed.

"Megha, where's she" She asked concerned

"Relax. She's with Sanjana" I told and she nodded closing the door.

As she turned and looked at me, I went near her and embraced her into my arms.

And this time she hugged me more tightly.

"God, I missed you so much" I whispered

"Did you" She asked raising a brow

"You've no idea" I replied kissing her forehead when she looked at me and the next second, I pulled her into a kiss.

Pulling her closer and raising her a bit above in air, I held her tightly and deepened the kiss.

The kiss which poured longevity and distance that I hated. The kiss poured the urge to hold her this close to me.

"I missed you more" She whispered and I saw as her eyes became teary.

"No! " I warned she frowned.

"They come" She whined as tear rolled down her cheek and I wiped it away.

"Wait a second. You were busy right. The state works and all" She asked

"I had to complete it as soon as possible. And then, Aarav" I shrugged and she giggled

God damn it!! I missed this giggle !!

"He's whipped by your best friend" I said

"You know Raghav, I always had this fetish that my best friend should get married to my husband's best friend" She revealed and I chuckled

"So, it means Radhika would say yes for sure" I said

"Obviously! Why do you think that she kept sending pics to Aarav! " She winked and I raised a brow.

"And who gave her this idea? To make Aarav so impatient" I asked just to get a giggle again.

"One and Only. Your Cliche Wife" She winked again and I sighed picking her up in my arms.

"Ah Ouch. Raghav" She exclaimed

"I'm not your dumbbell" She added

"You're sweetheart! And these arms longed to pick you up feeling incomplete" I said and she looked at me.

"Sweet heart! Aren't we progressing much Rana sa" She asked with a teasing smile.

"Wasn't that the plan Missus? To progress in life, with you" I told and she looked at me and then kissed my cheek.

"Do you by any chance have it in your mind to just, you know put me down, get changed because I feel like a business meeting right now seeing you. And not to forget, I'm hell lot tired" She said and I nodded carefully putting her on bed.

"How are everyone back at palace" She asked

"They too miss you. " I replied

"Good! Because I too miss them" She said and I smiled at that childish woman.

"And Mickey seems to bark a little less lot because he doesn't see you" I told

"You would've bought him here" She frowned

"The routine checkup is tomorrow. Dad's taking him" I told and she nodded.

"Change! I'll be back" She added as she picked out my black plain kurta payjama which I wear at night.

"Get inside walk in!" She said and I nodded.

As I freshened up and changed coming out, I saw Janki already in her night suit.

As I was about to speak there was a knock on the door.

Janki opened it and it was..

"What are you doing here " I asked literally annoyed by him now.

"Why! Were you both in hanky panky position" He asked smirking

"Aarav" I snapped but the woman here giggled .

"See! That's my cool sister in law" He said giving a fist bump to her.

"Okay Mr. Aarav Raichand, I very well know that you're buttering me up because you want to meet Radhika" Janki smirked folding her hands on her chest

"You're leaving for now Aarav. This will be dealt with in morning" I stated

"What! No!! Come inside Aarav. It's okay" Janki said and Aarav looked at me with a smirk .

"Should I Rana sa" He smirked more

"I don't know why I just listen" I scowled to which they both laughed.

"Aarav, promise me this is very serious" Janki asked all of a sudden and he looked at Janki with a serious face this time.

"I swear on you Bhabhi sa. She's all I want. She's all I need. I Love Her" He said putting his hand on Janki's head and she looked at him.

"Then what are we waiting for. Propose her in morning" She whispered happily and he smiled.

But before anyone of us could speak anything we heard loud voices calling us.
