RAGHAV'S POV

"All set to go" Yash asked and I looked into the mirror again.

Decked up in a golden white Jodhpuri achkan and turban, I looked at myself.

"No not now" Mom spoke coming towards me and I looked at her.

"Is there something left? Am I incomplete" I asked and she nodded smiling and then gestured Nivi who came with a silver box in her hand.

Mom opened it and picked out a neckpiece from it.

And I remember, it was family heritage.

Mom made me wear that and fixed a mod in my turban and then smiled at me.

And then I wore my juttis and went downstairs to see everyone hooting and cheering.

I was made to stand on a foot stool where some more ritual took place and then Nivedita came in front.

"Ready Mr. Groom" She asked and I passed her a small smile nodding.

I sat on the chair near by and as the ritual was, Nivedita applied a little kohl.

"Don't worry isn't visible much" She told and I nodded.

I looked at mom who smiled and kissed my forehead.

"I'll meet you at the wedding now" She said and I nodded.

Though Rajputi baarat consist of only males, it was kept like that but all the women of family would reach directly at the wedding.

Bowing my head at Maya kaksh (ritual room) , I stepped outside as I saw a lot of camels were there decorated regally. The procession had men holding big red flags with the signs of Mewar Dynasty.

The sky was full of fireworks and I looked at the elephant decorated intricately which had a seat of silver.

The man put a ladder and I climbed the elephant sitting on it. There was a man sitting behind me which chanwar in his hands moving it to and fro.

And the baarat (procession ) started.

Though Aarav wanted to dance like mads he knew, he couldn't for now.

The baarat moved out of the Palace and procession had a round around it and then entered the palace from the another entrance which was of bride side.

But since Padla ceremony was still to be held, we all moved towards the organic garden.

As I stepped down the elephant, I looked at the men of bride side welcoming everyone.

I was under a big chattar held my a men, where as two men held chanwar and another some men held the flags of royal family.

The males of Bride side welcomed the males of groom side with garlands and roses.

I looked at everyone and joined my hands and then was taken to the dome unde which the men kept padla for The bride.

Bride.. My Bride.

And I had a feeling of fullness just by thinking this.

As I sat on the Silver stool, the priest set on my right where as two sides were taken my bride and groom side's men respectively.

The priest performed ritual and chanted some mantras.

Padla for Janki was spread across on the white beddings on floor consisting of her wedding poshak, other poshak's, clothes, Jewellery, gifts and lot more.

I touched the jwellery on my head and handed it further but my whole focus was on the red attire.

Choose the attire for me this time. Your Bride's red Poshak.

Her words came in my mind and I swear, I was never interested in shopping other then for this one red poshak.

As the padla took place and after resting for a while, it was already dusk.

As we were at the entrance gate , I climbed the mare and found Aarav smirking.

"I would deny you're my best friend" I warned when he laughed.

"What's new in it. Though I've your video from last night where you danced with a bottle of wine on your head. Now sulk bitch" He said and I sighed shaking my head.

And then I saw the women of our family too who played ghoomar and I looked at mom specially, her happiness radiating from miles away.

No doubt, she was very happy before too, but this time she was feeling light hearted because Janki was willingly marrying me with all the love.

Everyone was hooting and dancing where as, I looked around myself.

There were men holding mashal (fire) in their hands. Big drums, carnets and dhol were beating.

The sky was full of fireworks and the barat moved towards the inner door of the palace.

The distance that normally would've been covered in 2 minutes took half an hour because everyone went mad there while enjoying.

As I was in front of the door, my eyes first went to a particular balcony but screw my cousins, they covered me in such a way that even while being on the mare, I couldn't see anything.

Again a small pooja was done by the priest and Janki's father after which I had to touch the toran tied at the highest point of the door with a khejri stem (stem of a tree found in dessert) and my sword.

Toran had four birds made with other embellishments.

And I took the stem and touched it with Toran and then taking out my sword, I touched it again.

And after which I stepped down the mare and looked at the women from bride side standing there. I found Radhika and I raised a brow when she smirked and shrugged where as I sighed.

Both husband and wife are same.

I looked at Janki's mom standing with a thaal (platter) which had a handcrafted pyramidal structure consisting of many small diyas.

She performed my aarti and I passed her a small smile. Mom then with her palla (hem of duppatta/ saree ) measured me symbolizing my long age. Making me eat sweet, she was about to pinch my nose when I bent.

"That's like my boy" Mom cheered and everyone chuckled.

She again tried but I pulled myself back and she smiled at me shaking her head.

But at last, I stood straight and spoke.

"It's my loss here if I don't hurry" I spoke which was just audible to her and she chuckled and very lightly she pinched my nose and everyone hooted.

As I entered inside I saw the grand decorations and walked towards the dome under which the Varmala would take place.

Aarav and Yash came and smirked looking at me.

"Look at his eyes Yash, eagerly waiting" Aarav mocked and I glared him.

'Come on. Atleast today give us this right" Yash whined

"No" I deadpanned and they sighed

"Fine. The rights only remains to one. Without exception" Aarav muttered and I smirked.

"Happy realization" I mocked and they huffed but then as we were talking, I looked at the lights getting dimmed, my eyes travelled from the aisle, to the end of it.

They both smiled at me and stepped down.

And as I saw, I looked to find Megha decked up in a dark purple poshak and Mickey in a red one.

Today Megha really looked Rajkumari Megha Raghav Singh Rathore.

Though I was emotionally blackmailed to give away Megha to bride side, I was adamant not to but after all who could deny Sunshine.

Megha had a small basket in her hands and I she grinned looking at me while I chuckled as passed me a flying kiss.

She sprinkled flower petals and a soft song was getting played in back ground.

And there, my eyes caught a red attire.

And I looked up.. In a long veil, there she was...

My Bride. Though her face wasn't totally visible in the dim lights and the veil yet, I was clearly able to look at her.

Because after all she was whom I find in mob.

And slowly, it was as if there was no one nearby me. It was just me and her in this universe.

A small smile came on my lips as she started walking slowly towards me.

Unknowingly to me my heart beats started increasing and in a flash of moment, I was standing at the Gangaur ghat again.

She looked at me with the kulhad in her hand. She was in the palace on her first day. She without a hesitation speaking to me as if she owned me.

And then her eating brownies, her dancing in the rains. Throwing her into the pool, going to Delhi to marry her. Looking at her in that bridal attire. Marrying her... And every single day as if flashed in front of my eyes with her walking towards me.

And a tear rolled down my cheek as I titled and wiped it away.

She looked at me with a surprised face but then chuckled as her eye too left a tear and I took a deep breath looking at her.

I walked a bit near her and pulled out my hand.

"Were you seeing instagram reels of how to shed one tear seeing your bride" She asked and I chuckled.

"I lived the past year in these five minutes. It's the consequence of that" I told and looked at her from head to toe.

Even if she was in the veil, I could figure out her head adorned with borla and mathapatti. (Head accessories).
Her nose adorning the most beautiful nath(nose ring), her ears with the those heavy earrings, a heavy maharaani aad (Choker ) , other ornaments adorning her.

I didn't speak anything just looked at Nivedita who came up and I whispered to her what I wanted and she nodded.

"What happened Raghav" Dad asked

"Just two minutes" I told and everyone looked a bit surprised yet nodded.

And in two minutes Nivedita was back with what I told and I thanked her taking the dried chillies, mustard and salt, I encircled it around Janki seven times while she looked at me with a shocked face.

Putting them aside, Aarav handed me my purse and I took out all the money from it and encircled it again putting them aside too.

"Hamare pas shabd nahi hai Raani sa, ki aap kitni khoobsurat lag rahi hai. Or hame dar hai ki kahi aapko hamari hi nazar na lag jaaye (I've no words which can describe your beauty and I'm afraid that you don't cast evil eye due to even me) " I professed and she looked at me chuckling.

"Ditto partner" She whispered as a tear left her eye and she moved her finger to her eye and then took the same finger behind my ear. She applied kohl from her eyes at the back of my ear and I smiled.

And this moment of my life, I would name it My Life.

JANKI'S POV

He casted of evil, and what I loved was even when he encircled money around me, he didn't throw it in air.

Money is Lakshmi & throwing it in that way would mean disrespecting Lakshmi.
I loved the way he kept the money aside so that it could be given to the needy.

And as he casted of the nazar I remembered how when he got coronated, the first thing he did after coming back to palace was same.

"Okay Love Birds. Now varmala (garlands) " Mom told and we both nodded.

Ambika bhabhi and Nivedita bhabhi came up with the Varmala and I looked at him with a small smile.

As he was about to put garland on my neck, I saw Lakshya bhai sa and my cousins picked me up and I chuckled.

"I'm pampered kid Raana sa. It's not that easy to have me" I winked and Raghav raised a brow but just then Yash and Aarav picked him up too.

"Sorry bhabhi sa but our bhai sa is also not alone" Aarav said and I chuckled because I knew this was coming.

"We're even sunshine" Raghav said and I looked at him.

"Then put it" I whispered and bent my neck a little and everyone hooted.

Raghav put the garland and I looked at the sky full of fireworks, flowers getting showered on us and pyro works all around.

"Any wish sunshine" He asked

"On your knees Rana sa" I joked but who was I kidding.

In a swift motion, he was put down and he bent on his knee where as I looked shocked at him.

"Rana sa, what are you doing" I asked

"On your commands " He replied

"Stand up. You're King" I told

"Right now I'm Your Raghav" He replied and this was enough for my heart to leap out.

"I'm waiting sunshine" He whispered and I smiled as everyone hooted and I put the garland.

And holding him my shoulders, I made him stand up and kissed his forehead.

"I Love You Mr. Jerk" I mumbled and hugged him when he chuckled.

"I Love You Sunshine" He replied and kissed my cheek.

We looked at everyone when they hooted and Raghav intertwined my hand with his and held it up in air.

And I don't know why I blushed hard and at the same time I chuckled happily.

Everyone clicked pictures and we all were saving these moments in cameras as well as our hearts.

After the varmala, we proceeded to the mandap. It was made on a very beautiful structure, which was island mandap in the middle surrounded by water with rose petals strewn generously on all four sides.

"This is beautiful" I exclaimed

"You liked it" Raghav asked

"I love it." I replied and he smiled kissing the back of my palm.

As we were walking towards it, we both removed our footwear and I winked at Radhika who smirked and her eyes dozed off.

"Aarav" She screamed and was about to fall when Aarav ran towards her holding her.

"Radhikaa" He panicked when meanwhile, my cousins picked Raghav's jutties.

"Doneeee" They all screamed together and Radhika chuckled while Aarav looked at her glaring her.

"My breath stopped Radhika" He muttered and honestly it was heart warming to see Aarav this concerned.

"Everything is fair in love and war sweet heart" She winked and he raised a brow.

"And you won the war" He mumbled

"I won the love too" She smiled cheekily at him and he chuckled yet kissed his forehead.

"Yash.. What were you doing" Raghav asked

"I..come on bhai sa, everyone panicked. Women are so clever" He said and we all chuckled.

"Okay kids enough. Come and sit" Dad spoke and I nodded when Raghav looked at Aarav and smirked at him.

"What are you planning " I asked

"Nothing love. Let's get married" He said but I of course new, it's Raghav Singh Rathore, his brain works even while sleeping.

But for a while I shrugged the thoughts off and sat on one of the the cushioned chair.

We were tied with a gathbandhan where as Mom and dad sitting in front of us too were tied with one.

The priest chanted some mantras and lit the agni (holy fire ).

After a while, mom and dad stood up to do the Kanyadaan. (Giving away the daughter) .

As the ritual was taking place, I looked at them and saw there eyes teary which was enough for me to cry.

"It still feels fresh" I whispered and they nodded as they put my hand on Raghav's.

"This heart couldn't be more happy that my daughter is married and again marrying you." Dad said proudly and Raghav looked at him nodding and kept his free hand above mine.

"Hold her like this forever" Mom whispered

"I promise" Raghav sincerely said a I smiled looking at him while he wiped my tears.

As the Kanyadaan took place, mine and Raghav's left palm was tied together with a scared cloth and the ritual started.

"Now, The Bride will take saat vachan (seven promises) from the groom. And if the Groom promises them all then bride will come to his vaam ang (left part)" The Priest announced and I looked at Raghav with a teasing smile.

"De denge naa ( You'll give?) " I asked

"Ham de chuke hai. Or jitni baar aap bolengi utni baar dene ko tyaar hai (I've already given and as many times as you want, I'm ready to give) " He professed and I smiled.

He's right. He gave me all of them, it was me who didn't even listen an year ago what were the promises.

And the priest started chanting the mantras and told me to repeat after him hence I did.

"Pehla vachan, yadi aap koi vrat upwaas, kisi bhi teerth ya dharmik sthal par jaaye, to mujhe bhi sath le jaaye, yadi aap ise sweekarte hai to mai aapke vaam ang mei aana sweekar karti hu
( First promise, if you do any fast, any holy work or visit any holy place, take me with you. If you agree to this then I'm ready to come to your left) " I asked and Raghav looked at me.

"Sweekar hai (I agree). None the less, no holy work is possible without you being on my side Sunshine" He promised and I smiled at him.

"Dusra vachan, aap apne maata pita ki tarah hi mere maata pita ka samman karenge.Or pariwar ki maryada ka paalan karenge. Yadi aap ye sweekar karte hai to mai aapke vaam ang mai aana sweekarti hu.

(Second promise, you'll respect my parents just like yours and you'll respect and value our family. If you agree to this then I'm ready to come to your left) " I asked

We all know, The day he came Delhi for the first time, he pointed out my misbehavior with my parents and told me that I was wrong. He gave me this promise even before marrying.

"Sweekar hai ( I agree) " He said and I nodded.

"Agla vachan, aap jeewan ki teeno awashtaao mein, mera paalan karenge. Yadi aap yeh sweekarte hai to mai aapke vaam ang mei aana sweekarti hu.

(Third promise, in all the three stages of life, young, adult and old, you'll follow me and take care, I agree to come to your left) " I demanded

"Ham aapki baton ka paalan karenge Raani sa. Sweekar hai (I'll agree to you) " He promised and I don't know why my heart was getting over whelmed.

"Chautha vachan, ham vivah ke pavitr bandhan mein bandhne jaa rahe hai, to bhavishya mai pariwar ki saari jaruraton ki purti ki zimmedari aap par hai. Yadi aap ise sweekar karte hai to mai aapke vaam ang mei aana sweekarti hu.

(Fourth promise, Now you're getting tied in a holy bond of marriage. And in future the responsibilities of completing the needs of our family is on you. If you agree then I'm ready to come to your left) " I asked

Who was I kidding. He was already the most responsible man I've ever witnessed.

"Ham aapki or hmaare pariwar ki choti se choti jarurat poori karenge (I'll complete each and every small Need of you and our family). I promise" He assured and I nodded.

"(Paanchwa vachan, hamare ghar ke koi karya, len den, vivah ya kisi aise kharch hetu aap meri bhi raay lenge. Yadi aap ye sweekarte hai to mai aapke vaam ang mai aana sweekarti hu.

(Fifth promise,in any work of home, any credit debit, weddings or programme, you'll take my advice too. If you're ready then I'm ready to come to your left" I demanded and a small smile came on his lips.

"You're a beautiful homemaker too Sunshine. Full of ideas too. Who am I to include you. It's your right to get included. Sweekar hai (I agree) " He said and I looked at him with respect.

"Chata vachan, yadi mai kabhi apne mitro ya kam kar rahe logon ke saath baithi hu, to aap mera kisi roop mei apmaan nahi karenge. Aap swayam ko saari buri aadaton se dur rakhenge to mai aapke vaam ang mei aana sweekarti hu.

(When I'm sitting with my friends or colleagues, you'll in no way disrespect me. You'll not have any bad habits. If toh agree, I'm ready to come to your left) " I asked and he looked at me.

Disrespect ? Raghav is greenest flag because as much as he love me, he respects me. This man here hasn't raised decibels of voice in front me ever with out my own mistake which could've harmed me myself, then how can he disrespect me. I got a Gem.

"Ham soch bhi nahi sakte aisa karne ka (I can't even think to do that). No bad habits. Sweekar hai (I agree) " He professed and a small tear left my eye.

I was happy, very happy and I was so stupid that this man here has actually meant and proved each and every promise since day one.

"Saatva vachan, aap parai stree jo aapse badi badi hai unhe maa ki tarah samjhenge, choti ko behen ki tarah samjehnge. Aap hamare prem ke madhya anya kisi ko bhagidaar nahi bnaayenge. Yadi aap ye sweekarte hai to mai aapke vaam ang mein aane ko tyaar hu.

(Seventh promise, every other woman older then you will be like your mom, smaller will be like your sister. You won't ever entertain any third person between our love and relation. If you agree then I'm ready to come to your left) " I demanded and chuckled at the same time.

He looked at me and smirked.

"I've never even looked at anyone else other then you Sunshine. You're all what I need. And third person is way far too away thing. If anyone, any one even looks at you the way which I find unsuitable , they'll be dealt accordingly" He stated

"Raghav... Give the vachan (promise) " Mom scolded

"I don't like name of third person even coming" He muttered to which I chuckled

"Sweekar hai (I agree)" He promised and I smiled looking at him.

"Since the Groom has given all seven promises that bride demanded, we'll now proceed to mangal phere (prestigious holy rounds around fire) " The priest announced and we nodded.

Right now I was sitting on the right of Raghav and we stood up for phere.

"The four phere in hindu mythology depicts the chaar stambh (four pillars) of life. They're dharma, arth, kaam, moksh." The priest told and I and Raghav nodded.

"In the first three phere the bride walks ahead of Groom where as in the last phera the groom will walk ahead. This is so because a woman leads the three pillars namely Dharma, artha and kaam where as the groom leads the fourth Stamb which is moksh" The priest added

"The first phera which depicts Dharma. This signifies the spirit of righteousness and one's duty to follow the religion devoutly. The wife leads this path because she's the one who leads the husband on the path of dharma" The priest told and we nodded as we took the round around agni.

I know this was me doing all this second time but the first time I was so engrossed in my own thoughts that I didn't pay heed to even single thing.

But this time as the priest is telling everything I realize how Raghav since day one was keeping the promises.

I remembered the Rath Yatra where Raghav took me telling me it's incomplete without me. Clearly keeping the promise of that every holy work he'll do, he'll include me in it.

"The second phera depicts Arth. This signifies the path one and right means that one should take for earning one's wealth and livelihood, striving for material gain and success, and endeavouring to help the poor and unprivileged whenever possible. Also husband has to fullfil the financial demands of her wife" Priest said and I looked at Raghav.

"And she doesn't even take my credit card" He muttered just audible to me and I narrowed my eyes at him.

"You already spoil me a lot" I said when he looked at me with a smile. A cute one.

"You can say it as my hobby" He winked and I chuckled as we took the second phera.

"The third phera depicts kaam. It thus symbolizes the love and dedication that a married couple should have towards each other. They should support and stand for each other, 'for better or worse', for the rest of their lives. The couple should know the desires of each other and should like a happy marital life. The wife leads this phera too as she takes care of her husband's desires " The priest told and I looked at Raghav who smirked a bit looking at me and a small blush crept over my cheek.

As we were taking the circle around, I heard Raghav whispering in my ear.

"Don't worry love. I'll also take care of your desires" He huskily said and thank goodness it wasn't daylight otherwise I was sure hell red.

As the phera completed I glared Raghav who made an innocent face again as if haven't done anything.

"The fourth, last phera depicts Moksh. Moksh which is salvation. It is liberation of suffering. Once people gets married and encounters the bliss of marital fulfillment, it's the turn for salvation. The groom leads this phera because it's only a husband who can lead her wife to the path of salvation. It's his duty as well as his right. " The priest told and I looked at Raghav who squeezed my hand inside the hathleva (the tied hands).

"You're my salvation" He said as he stepped ahead leading, and this wasn't the sweet whisperings he did in my ear. It was clear, crisp and full of love.

Everyone hooted while a tear of happiness left my eye as we took the last phera.

This time I was standing on his left. Vaam ang.

And I was surprised that how The Wedding held so much deepness and so accurate meanings.

Even if it's illogical, but vaam ang meant left side. And heart is slightly tilted to the left. A woman coming to left of her man is no less then entering the heart which is on left.

As we took the places, Raghav looked at me.

"I'm waiting to see your face" He whispered

"Patience Raana sa. How the man with utmost patience is becoming impatient" I whispered back to him and he huffed.

"What happened Raghav" Aarav asked and I smirked.

"I want to see her face" He said and everyone looked at him while I was sure I had sprained my neck in snap.

The priest looked at us in a bit shock but then chuckled.

"Raajpurohit ji, (royal priest), I think you need to hurry a little. My son's impatient" Dad mocked and everyone chuckled while I shut my eyes in embarrassment where as Raghav being Raghav had a straight face.

"We'll proceed with sindoor daan (vermilion ritual) " The priest spoke and Ambika bhabhi came with the small silver box.

"The vermilion As per legends, Goddess Parvati, the wife of Lord Shiva, used to wear Sindoor on her forehead as a symbol of her piety and affection towards her husband. It is believed that sindoor is Lord Shiva's favorite and women who put on sindoor on their forehead are granted a long and blissful married life. " The priest told I nodded.

"Sindoor is daubed on the bride's forehead by the groom as a symbol of her matrimony. This gesture is considered a sign of honor, affection, and devotion that the groom manifests toward his bride. It is put on the center of the forehead, between the eyebrows, which is believed to be the spot of the third eye or the ajna chakra. It is surmised that applying sindoor helps in arousing this chakra, which is accountable for a person's sagacity and understanding." He added and I and Raghav looked at each other.

"Scientifically vermilion also has some amount of elements that calms the women. We'll proceed with it" He added and Raghav nodded as he took some vermilion in on the silver coin and looked at me where as I was already looking at him from the veil.

"Last time, When I was filling your hair partition with vermilion, I promised myself that I'll always, always love you. Today when I'm filling this vermilion I promise You that I'll always, always love you. As much as you're mine, I'll Always Be Yours. We may clash over thousand of things in this life over thoughts but I promise, none of the clash will ever lead to a tear in your eye due to me. I can't promise that you'll never shed a tear in your life but I promise Sunshine, that The first hands to wipe those tears will always be me. And every single person on this world will pay very badly to bring tears in your eyes. And this includes me too. I promise that I'll always be the friend you need, the lover you want and the husband you deserve. Fairytales are for living. And I promise to give you your fairytale. This King, is nothing without his Queen. And he here by in front of this holy fire, Royal priests, family and friends promise you that As much as you're Janki Raghav Singh Rathore, I'll be Raghav Janki Singh." he confessed and with that he filled my hair partition.

I had goosebumps all over my body. I didn't know it was due to what he confessed or else my the vermilion filled in my hair partition.

I guess the both.

And my whole mind was still repeating his words. His promises that he made me minutes ago.

His Love, which wasn't just limited to his words but his words getting proved by his actions.

Janki Raghav Singh Rathore.

Raghav Janki Singh.

I looked at him when he had looked at me releasing a breath. The love was clearly visible in his eyes.

"Raam Sita kabhi nahi kehte ham. Hamesha SitaRam kaha jaata hai kyuki Sita ke bina Raam adhoore hai. To Raghav Janki kaise keh sakenge, Janki Raghav kaha jayega. Akhir Raghav Janki ke Bina adhoore hai
(it's never said Rama Sita, it's always Sitaram because Rama is incomplete without Sita. Hence it's not Raghav Janki, it'll always be Janki Raghav because afterall, Raghav is incomplete without Janki) " Raghav professed and a tear left my eye.

"The Marriage is complete. You're Husband and Wife Now" The priest announced at Raghav kissed the top of my head.

"I Love You Husband" I mumbled and he hummed.

As we stood up touching elder's feet, everyone blessed us.

Stepping out Raghav looked for his shoes when Radhika smirked but just to recieve a smirk from Aarav and Raghav.

"Okay, this is a bad one" I said and looked around to find my footwear.

"What happened Bhabhi sa, finding footwear" Aarav asked and I looked at Raghav who smirked.

"It's okay love. We believe in equality" Raghav smirked and I sighed.

"Great. You stole my shoes" I said and everyone chuckled.

"Whose idea was that" Mom asked

"One and only Raghav" Aarav said and Radhika glared him.

"This doesn't happen. The ritual is toto steal Groom's shoes" Radhika protested

"Why should Girls have all the fun" Raghav's cousin said and I raised a brow.

"Okay then let's bargain with each other" I announced and Raghav shrugged.

"How much you demand Radhika" Aarav asked

"51 lakhs 51 thousand, five hundred fifty one rupees" Radhika announced and I looked at her shocked.

"Radh.. " I was saying before which Aarav spoke.

"Done. But what about her shoes. We also have demands" Aarav smirked

"How much" She asked

"51 lakhs 51 thousand five hundred fifty one rupees" He repeated

"He's being mean" Radhika whined and I and Raghav chuckled.

"Okay, kids. Faster. They both haven't had their dinner. " Mom told and Radhika looked at me where as I smiled looking at her.

But before anyone of us could speak Yash bhai sa spoke.

"I'll give you your heels bhabhi sa. But I'll demand something very precious from you. I'll demand a promise" He spoke and I looked at him nodding.

"Promise us that Till the end, you'll exactly hold his hand like you're holding right now." He whispered and I looked at what he was saying.

Our intertwined hands.

"Yes bhabhi sa. And promise us that you'll never let this smile fade away from his face. You'll never let this Raghav fade away " Aarav too whispered and I looked at them.

The love they have for Raghav is such a pure thing.

"That's not even a thing to say. I promise A, I'll always hold your best friend and your brother like this. Always and Forever" I promised and Aarav smiled as he gestured one of Raghav's cousin and she nodded coming with my footwear.

Aarav and Yash bhai sa both sat on their knees and kept my footwear gesturing me to slide my feet inside and I did the same.

Before standing up, they touched my feet and I was taken a little a back but my heart was full of respect and love for them too.

"In turn we promise, we'll always be your brothers. And as everyone say, bhabhi , Maa saman hoti hai. (Sister in law is like mother), we promise that we'll always respect you and if anyone ever tries to disrespect you in any ways, they'll find us standing there to kill them right there" They said and tears rolled down my cheeks and I hugged them both.

Radhika looked at me and wiped her tears away and taking out Raghav's shoes, she knelt and made him wear the shoes.

"We haven't completed the demand Radhika" Raghav said and she smiled looking at all of us.

"It got full filled Jijo sa hukum (brother in law) " She whispered and Raghav passed her a small smile.

"I'll wear them. Please stand up" He told stopping her from touching his feet.

"I'm so happy that my best friend got married to you.. Again" She said and we all chuckled.

Lakshya bhai came in front of looked at Raghav.

"Thankyou Rana sa for proving the world that Love Is The Biggest Weapon and Shield at the same time. My sister will always be my princess but the satisfaction with which we all live happily is, she's the Queen Of the Man, who has loves her, respect her, adores her and makes her his whole world. " He said and Raghav looked at me.

"Your sister has me wrapped around her little finger and I don't mind it at all" Raghav replied and I smiled looking at him.

We all proceeded for dinner and as ritual, my brother and cousins fed Raghav first morsels.

I looked at him but what didn't go unnoticed by me was his hand still holding mine.

We both also fed each other our the first morsel and then had our dinner.

As the vidaai happened this time everyone had both emotions smiling and crying at the same time.

Dad patted Raghav's back proudly and wiped his tear while hugging me.

"Thank you for the best" I whispered as I hugged him and he smiled.

"You deserve best Princess" he replied and I passed his a smile hugging mom who was yet very emotional.

"We're the happiest parents " She said and I chuckled wiping both hers and my tears.

"Delhi isn't far" Ambika bhabhi mumbled kissing my cheek and I smiled.

"Take care of yourself and everyone. Especially my baby" I told and she smiled nodding.

As I looked at bhai he opened his arms and I hugged him tightly.

"Always brother's girl" I mumbled and he hummed.

"I'm just a call away. Everytime" He said and I nodded smiling.

Bidding bye to everyone, I looked at the doli (carriage) .

I sat inside and looked at my family bidding them bye again.

And then I was taken to the another side of Suryagarh which was till date the groom's side.

As I stepped out, I found Raghav already there waiting for me.

He helped me step out and held my hand again and I looked at the whole groom side.

They all hooted and cheered and there were all pyro works and fireworks again. I looked at the Suryagarh lightened in yellow lights and these l adding cherry on the cake.

Aarav being Aarav got a bottle of champagne.

"Come on Bhabhi sa" He said and I raised a brow but chuckled and Raghav smirked looking at me.

And as I was taught, I opened the cork and held it gesturing Raghav to hold it too and then pulled away the cork opening the bottle.

Everyone cheered and hooted where as I held Raghav's hand more tightly and he chuckled smiling.

Raghav and I walked inside and mom did aarti.

As we got seated in the Hall, Mom looked at me and then smiled.

"I'll do the honours" Raghav said before she could say anything and everyone chuckled.

I looked at him smiling turning towards him and he looked at me as he took a deep breath.

And with that he raised the veil up my head and his eyes directly met mine.

He looked at me and then his eyes fell on my nose and a small smile came on his lips.

And I remembered what he said me on the wedding night.

"The vermilion is on your nose. I love that" He mumbled kissing my forehead and I smiled.

He repeated the exact same words, but I like that replaced with I love that.

And I love this.

We played the game of Jua -Jui (ring game) and of course everything was good till the score was one one. But in the last ring as I had my hand on it, Raghav smirked as his hand was on mine.

"Let me win this" I whined and everyone chuckled.

"Raghav, let her" Dad said

"I have my hand on my priceless possession" He smirked as he held my hand holding it out which had ring and everyone hooted and chuckled where as I blushed.

"Indeed the priceless possession" Dad announced and he looked at me.

"In the marriage, you'll always hold an upper hand Raani sa. Just like now" He said pointing my hand above his with the ring and I smiled.

After some more rituals, we were back at the entrance and I looked at everyone.

"Megha.. " I asked

"She's asleep. She'll be with me. Don't worry" Radhika assured and I smiled.

I looked at the shahi baggi (royal horse carriage) and I raised a brow.

"You'll be uncomfortable in walking even if it's a small distance. Though I don't mind picking you in my arms and walking" He smirked

"No thanks mister" I said and he shrugged but there was this constant smallest smile on his face which was making me smile more wide

As we sat inside the shahi baggi everyone bid us bye and I looked at everyone smiling.

"Enjoy Love Birds" They all screamed at the same time and I laughed as it started riding.

Everyone would leave for Delhi and Udaipur in early morning where as I and Raghav would be here in Jaisalmer itself.

Well, I didn't want to go anywhere for now because I was tired as hell hence Raghav gave the best idea to have a mini honeymoon in Jaisalmer itself.

And right now we were riding to the Jaisalmer Haveli.

As the baggi stopped, Raghav came out and opened the door for me and I held his hand coming out.

But as I came out I looked around me, just to find all the way lightened with candles and roses.

I looked at Raghav with a big smile when he kissed my forehead and picked me up in his arms and a small squeal followed by my laughter echoed the palace.

He moved inside and I saw the Haveli beautifully decorated. The pool was full of rose petals and I looked at Raghav.

"It's going to morning in some hours. And we're coming here having a bath together" He said and I hid my face in his chest blushing just to feel his laughter vibrating and radiating the area.

He moved towards the bedroom and I looked to find the lacy white bed and the room which had rose petals all around.

"I hope this time you won't remove them" He asked and I chuckled denying.

He carefully placed me on bed and then for one good minute he just kept looking at me.

I where as stood up encircling my arms around him and his travelled to my waist.

"Seeing you in red poshak is always going to be my most favorite" He whispered as his nose touched mine and in no time his lips captured mine.

It was a slow, soft kiss and we took out own time devouring each other. His lips on mine felt like the completeness once again and I wasn't able to count that what all that Raghav do and have complete me making me his in every minute sense.

He looked at me for a second and this time he grabbed me by throat and kissed me more passionately and hungrily.

"Fuck Janki, you make me go insane for you" He said and I smiled biting his lips just to listen his moan turning me on more.

He looked at me kissing my forehead and I smiled looking at him.

I looked at the dressing table on the side and I looked at myself.

The vermilion on the nose really made me thousand times more beautiful.

I looked at Raghav looking at me from the mirror and encircled his arms around my waist kissing my neck and I squirmed.

"How am I looking? " I asked looking at him from the mirror.

He looked at me for another good seconds and turned me such that his hands were around my waist and mine rested on his shoulders.

"Wife, You Look Mine" He replied and pulled me again into a somersaulting kiss.

Hope you all loved the chapter as much as I did.

I want lots of votes, likes and specially comments telling me how was it.

It was the second last chapter of the book. Just one more chapter and epilogue and My Sunshine will be completed.
