Thomas is a little bit cheeky and sometimes causes some confusion and delay when he runs late with his faithful passenger coaches, Annie and Clarabel on his very own branchline. As my second favorite character in the show, he does like to get the work done quickly in record time and meet lots of new friends with a toot of his whistle, too. In Season 4, he did mistakenly have an accident by going through a set of buffers, sliding down a hill, and smashing through a brick wall after telling Oliver the Great Western Railway engine about his great race with Bertie the bus.
