( which happens quite often to other Wattpad users I know & to me ) 

- try clicking 'Publish' button a bit harder than before...

- if it doesn't help & 'Publish button' changes color to pale orange & you are trying to click it & nothing happens - Click the 'SAVE' button - then 'Publish Button' will come back to its normal color ( darker orange ) - & it should be Possible to click now - & everything should work this time :)
