So the base I used to color him as was actually a Monster Hunters Rathalos base, but it is the most similar I could get to my fan tribe, FireWings. I customized the snout longer and with a horn, but that's it.  Couldn't find original artists name, but credit for base goes to whoever made this. But yeah Flare is my FireWing OC. He appears in a lot of fanfics, I adore him. I've planned him very well. He's brave, courageous, and heroic.
