I think something's wrong with me

My right shoulder hurts alot when I move it too much, or in certain places, and my foot still hurts...

And, (because I'm sick ;-; ), whenever I cough, my entire body hurts...

Im starting to get worried... What do I do?

I don't...
Have a disease...
