Sapnap was sitting on the edge of his treehouse, waiting for his two best friends, Dream and George to arrive. He sighed and looked up at the night sky, the moon masked by stars that were scattered in the sky. Why are they always late? He heard a sound in the bushes and looked up quickly before seeing Dream climb up the rope ladder attached to the treehouse.
"Nice to see you finally arrive Dream." Sapnap said sarcastically as Dream climbed onto the balcony of the tree house. Dream sat down next to Sapnap.
"Thanks for the warm welcome!" He retorted, before shivering.
"Sapnap, it's freezing, how are you not cold?" Sapnap smirked.
"Three words Dream. Fire. Tier. Five." Dream huffed in annoyance.
"I still don't get how you and George get tier four and five powers and I get a tier two power." Sapnap rolled his eyes.
"Dream, Corruption is a very rare power, it takes a long time to master it." Dream huffed again.
"I wish that I could master it quickly." Dream muttered, shivering slightly. Sapnap sighed and closed his eyes, his hand seeming to glow as he summoned a small orb of fire hovering in front of Dream.
"Thanks." Dream said, warming his hands in front of the hovering orb. Sapnap nodded, gazing along the quiet rooftops.
"I wonder how long George will be." Sapnap murmured quietly as he shifted his gaze down, so that he was now surveying his back garden, watching out for his friend.
"He's probably sleeping in again." Just as Dream said that, Sapnap heard something land on the inside of his fence. He looked over to see George walking over to where the rope ladder was hanging.
"Nice that you finally got here George." Sapnap said, standing up and opening the door to the inside of the treehouse.
"Sapnap, I had to sneak past my dog without it making a sound. And that is easier said than done." George retorted as he walked into the treehouse and sat down on one of the five chairs that were surrounding a rectangular table. Dream sat down on one of the other seats as Sapnap pulled up the rope ladder. Sapnap finished tying it up and walked into the treehouse.
"So what are we doing tonight?" George asked impatiently as soon as Sapnap entered the room.
"Well, Eret, Sam and Punz challenged us to a competition. And we're going to win." Dream groaned.
"Another competition? Come on Sapnap, we did one last week! And they always win!" Sapnap rolled his eyes.
"Come on, if we actually try we'll win!" Dream scoffed and glared at Sapnap.
"Sapnap, we are trying! It's just getting really boring doing this all the time." George nodded in agreement.
"Plus, one part of the challenge is roof parkour, and it's winter! Remember how dangerous it is, and how easy it is to slip. Like you did." Sapnap winced at the memory of the first time that he had tried to do roof parkour, and had ended up nearly breaking his arm.

"Guys that was a year ago, I'm not going to fall from a roof again!" He glared at his friends.
"We have to beat them, we can't just not go!" Dream and George glanced at each other and sighed.
"Fine, we'll do it..."
