Two boys, one thirteen and the other eleven shot and killed four students and one teacher. Ten others were wounded. The shooters, mere boys, are among the youngest people in the United States to be charged with murder. It is said that if it were not for their ages death sentences would have come into play. The adult was killed while shielding a wounded student with her body.

This one haunts me, perhaps due to the fact that the shooters were mere boys. Perhaps it's the ages of the children, murdered by other children. It think seeing the casket of a little girl is what gets to me though.

One of the shooters had since died in a head on car crash.
