The hokage sat there furious, so furious that he wanted nothing but to kill the man standing in front of him. That man is nothing other than Kakashi Hatake. When Naruto told the third everything he then admittedly pulled them out. Kakashi heard about it and was furious at Naruto for going behind his back to the hokage. So not only did he go to the council and get them back in. He also replaced Naruto when the exam started everything went horribly wrong to the newly dubbed team 7. During the second part of the exam all three members died from an ambush, two members got eaten by animals and Sasuke's body was missing. Lord third was shocked and so furious he released a whole lot of ki that everyone in the village felt it. 

Kakashi doesn't know what went wrong. He trained Sasuke well, he prepared him for the exams. He was glad he managed to talk Sasuke and Sakura into taking the exam.

"Lord hokage i-"

"I pull them out for a reason. I pull team 7 out for a fucking reason. Then you went behind my back with the councils and put them back in."

"Lord third, please I don't know what Naruto said to you but I train the team well." Kakashi said.

"Your team or Sasuke well." He said, shocking Kakashi. "Yes, Naruto told me everything I even had Sasuke confess to me. I'm both ashamed and furious with you Kakashi. I've had enough of my own damn ninja sabotaging a boy who does nothing to them."

"Lord third I wasn't sab-"

"Months, Kakashi, you had Naruto in your for months. All you did was train him in Chakra control and teamwork exercises. Then you gave Sasuke practically every arsenal you have because of that eye of yours. Did you know Naruto had doubts after you left him tied to a log?" Kakashi's eyes widened. "Yes, you left him there for three days. Luckily Iruka freed him and then he came to my office. He asked to transfer to a new team, it took me 12 hours to convince to stay with you. Right now, I regret every minute of it. Everytime I see Naruto come in with your team. I saw nothing but sadness and misery, seeing him being mistreated by you and his teammates. Even then he still asks me to take all of them out of the exam because he may not like them but he doesn't want them dead. For once I listen and pull them out but for you to go behind my back."

"Sir, I was embarrassed. My representation was on the line." Kakashi said, weakly.

"Your representation." He hissed, Kakashi flinched at that Maybe he shouldn't have said that. "They may have their headbands but they're were still children that shouldn't have died. I agree to pull them out for a reason because Naruto said they weren't ready and judging by three dead genins and one body missing he was right. I almost got someone close to a grandson of mine killed because of you. Kakashi, I should never have trusted you with Naruto. You were too laid back so much that you almost killed your team in their first mission. You're done, no more chances, no more teams. You have really disappointed me Kakashi so much that I wonder why I still have you active. You are now demoted to chunin, doing D-rank missions without pay and having half of your Chakra sealed."

"But sir-"

"DO NOT THINK I FORGOTTEN THAT YOU TAUGHT SASUKE ONE MY CLAN SECRETS" the hokage thundered. Kakashi was shaking."I have heard numerous complaints of you copying everyone else's jutsu, styles, clan techniques and secrets. For that I'm having that damn eye removed and half of your memories of every jutsu you copied erased." The ANBU grabbed Kakashi and took him away. "It's time to make some changes to this village."
