Rain.That I have watched for the longest time.It patted against the trees and streaked into little puddles below.I sighed from my hanging bed.It bounced a little when my pet wolf,Winter,jumped on it.

I petted her head softly.She snuggled into me for warmth after running through the rain.My dress got a little damp from her fur but I didn't mind.

I was considered the 'Princess' of the forest.I helped the other animals with their issues,such as conflict.Just last week,I helped the squirrel family burry their acorns for winter.

That season was coming soon.As always,I would get the animals ready for migration and hibernation.Then,I would sleep in as well.

I laid on my back as the rain ceased,leaving the sky cloudy.Winter nuzzled her snout against my cheek."Yes,Winter?" I asked.She whimpered.

"I'm cold.." Yes,you may hear whimpering,but I can understand her.I understand every type of animal.

Though still,I chuckled.For a grown wolf she often acts like a little pup."Ok you can sleep in my blanket but I thought you never get cold,considering the fact you have fur." I said as I smirked

She barked a little.

"For your information I do not.I just want to...check it for ticks,yeah!!"

I rolled my eyes and stared at the window again.I had that feeling again.It sorta felt like a tingle mixed with soreness.Like...Something's going to happen.
