I figure since ONC is less of a hassle than NaNo I'd take a crack at it. I was reading through the list of prompts and I found this one right when Neighbour by Mother Mother started on my playlist. I took it as a sign to do it. 

3/21/23 Update: Neighbor is out of the ONC ring. It was originally an entry under Prompt # 50 if you are curious to know. It will now be made into a full-length novel. 🎉 Good luck to those moving to Round Two.
