Here are the description of the ranks

Leader-The leader of the army.

General-Helps the leader perform tasks, and plans battles. Becomes leader when the leader dies.

Commander-Is the fighting leader. Plans battles, and helps them win.

Healer-Heals.

Weaponist-Makes, and upgrades weapons.

Melee Fighters-They are troops, who are at the frontline, who use swords, and other melee weapons.

Ranged Fighters-They are also troops, but are close to the back of a fight, sniping enemies.

Apprentices-They are currently learning how to fight, and defend. (They start training at 8 years, and hopefully finishes at 14 years.)

Nursing Mothers-They help nurse the kits, helping them grow up, and understand the world.

Kits-They are little nekos. Who are cute. And huggable. :3
